Polite and professional service.
They got us in first thing when we had a large bolt stuck in our tire. They were totally transparent, and showed us the 3” bolt had cut through the steel belts inside the tire. It could not be repaired. They picked up a new tire at their warehouse, mounted, balanced and installed, all in 1.5 hours. We can’t be more grateful, especially on Memorial Day Weekend.

The guys at American tire & auto Were very hospitable, Professional, And transparent. I Was Late for my original appointment and they still accommodated me as if I was on time. I had a slow leak in my tire . While while making the appointment was informed on the Price without having to ask. I Was told that if a patch wasn’t sufficient, they would Let me know My options before proceeding. Thankfully it Was Just a nail I was in and out within an hour and a half I Would 10 out of 10 Recommend American tire & Auto to my Friends and family

American Tire did an amazing job with my service. I needed new tires, brakes, and roaters and was all serviced there. They couldn't have done a better job in service and timing. I don't trust any other place besides American Auto for my car needs

Tom and John were a pleasure to work with. After a dealership quoted me a large amount of money and work, they were happy to give me a second option and gave me a much more affordable quote. They got me in quickly to do the inspection and the work, and I'm happy with the quality and service! Will come back again for any future car needs.

Everyone was polite and professional--John, especially. He called me up with an honest assessment, rather than trying to money grub. When I decided NOT to get work done, he told me he thought I was making a wise decision. So rare to find an auto shop that cares about you more than their own pockets. They certainly won my trust. We will bring all of our future cars here.

Very friendly service. I purchased my tires from them, but never experienced repairs. Communication regarding repair, cost and wait time was great. I highly recommend for both.

We needed a tire patched, I went to another place closer to my house and they tried to sell me a new tire. The tire was only a month old and the hole was in the middle of the tread. I went to All American tire, they were polite, honest and fast. The tire was fixed within the hour and I was on my way.

Very happy and highly recommended with the service I received today on my vehicle. The service manager, John, explained everything to me in great detail and I never felt rushed and no pressure was ever used by John. Will continue to be a customer.

Tom, Terry, and Dave stand out for being exceptionally informative and ready to help. Occasionally, wait times can be challenging, but they're upfront about it and seem incredibly busy. I have faith in the knowledge of everyone in the shop; they're all reasonable, honest, and supportive. It's a fantastic team overall.

American Tire always delivers the best results and the staff is kind, caring, knowledgeable and informative. I take all my vehicles to American for oil changes to full replacements and I am always more than satisfied with the work done

1st class experience with Dave Christ. He was professional & friendly. He made us feel welcome & well taken care of.
Even though we couldn't get our tire patched (for good price) due to a technical issue on our wnd, he didn't change how he treated us.
He offered for us to waite inside in the heat & water & popcorn too.

Went to PepBoys to have a knock sensor replaced. They tried to charge me for a gasket replacement that is not needed. They wanted $1000!!!! Went to American Tire and they only charged less than 1/4 of that price and was done quicker and the crew was more professional. We will be coming here from now on with ALL my vehicles. Highly recommend!!!!

I highly recommend this place. I came here last minute and was able to book an appointment over the phone. The gentleman with the beard was extremely helpful and well versed on all things cars. I changed my four tires and did the alignment. As a woman, I felt very comfortable as they walked me through the process with ease. Thank you again!

Amazing service, I have moved a little bit away from this area, but still plan with them whenever I need auto work done. A good honest auto worker is worth their weight in gold!

It was a early morning pleasure. Appt made several days earlier. Arrived to a friendly staff!!. Service completed in a short period of time (Tire Rotation) . I always refer neighbors to my local American Tire.

Not usually a "reviewer" but they deserve it. Very trustworthy and reliable team over there. No pushy tactics, give you the information on your options to make a decision. Still make the drive there after moving away. Even a nice setup there to "work" if needed. Highly Recommend
