Bought some small dishes at the Christmas market at Columbus circle and was charged $55 for 4 (the man said he'd give me a discount from $60). The dishes were $15 each. Unfortunately, he only gave me 3, which means they owe me $10. So much for a deal, when I end up being cheated out of 1 dish. The man laughed when he wrapped them up and when I paid him and though it seemed odd at the moment, it seems now that I was being scammed. Hopefully reaching out to customer service will help resolve the issue, if not then I'll have to reach out to my bank.

I bought this product during the holidays at Union square. I unwrapped it when I get home. I was disappointed with the roughness of the design on the outside. It was definitely made by amateurs. It's not the real Turkish lamp. I called the company left a message and I guess that is that. But I'm going to wait for them to come back to Union square next year. I have my receipt and I will return the lamp or at least change it . If you buy the lamp check it thoroughly to make sure it doesn't have sharp edges on the outside. It's really not worth all that money.

The man said that the dishes were $15 & I asked if there was a deal if I bought more. He gave me 3 and charged me $55, instead of 4. Three dishes would have been $45 & the "deal" for $55 should have been for 4. There were only 3 in the bag when I got home. Buyer beware. Should have known when he started laughing as he packed up my purchases that something wasn't right. I don't expect to be scammed at an organized event such as this. Hopefully my bank can help me get some of my money back.

Cheap product which will crack/ break at the slightest pressure. I contacted them directly over the phone and then was directed to their "support" email. It has been weeks and I have yet to receive a response. If you're going to run a business, at least care about your customers.
