Food is very good & reasonable prices. It’s no doubt my favorite spot. For service, very poor. They don’t greet customers, they don’t smile. As a customer, I don’t feel welcome. Atmosphere appears very eerie and depressing. Must pay attention to your surroundings the moment you step out of your car. Staff look unhappy & unfriendly. I understand some might be going through personal issues but just make an effort to interact with customers.

This is the place you want to go. The food is amazing and the owner is a really nice person. I see bad reviews on here but i have never had the issues people are complaining about. I say go in in person and see for yourself. I guarantee you will be satisfied.

This was the second time I got food from here. The first time I went in and they were about to close and I didn't look at what time they closed, but the person at the counter took my order anyways. Such kind and great service. I ordered the Okra Stu and I asked if they could add beef to it and they did. It was amazing. The second time I doordashed and got the Palm Butter soup and it was delicious. The fufu was good too, portion size is good. Highly recommend to try, I will be trying more of the menu going forward 😋. I have not dined in yet, but when I went the first time everything was clean and organized.

This Food is Delicious 😋 I ordered fried fish with dry rice and plantations. Roughly 25.00 dollars. But to me it's worth it when the food is good.
Order tip... always ahead so all u have to do is go pick it up.

Best African restaurant in Trenton

The place is dark needs a better lighting solution.

It’s really a hit or miss with this restaurant. Some days you get good food, other days you get disgusting african food that tastes like baking soda. It tastes better when they take their time to make it. Most of the time, the cow skin is tough and not chewable. One time me and my mom went and the containers were filled halfway with red oil. Their food is good when they actually try to make it taste good.

I use Doordash for personal reasons and was happy to see an African spot on there because I love Precious kitchen but she doesn't do Doordash. My only request with this OD is to have meat options and stop using so many bones. I was disappointed with the amount of bones and fat, in the food I ordered. And I don't even know what kind of meat it is.
