I have been working with MEM Property Management for the past few years on Condominium sales. I have found them to be very much on top of everything. They are very focused on their clients satisfaction, and less so their bottom line. Even their CEO Martin Laderman takes a personal interest in making sure things are taken care of properly. With this level of attentiveness it is easy to recommend them for any that need their services.

I had a great experience as a Home owner with mem Property Management . The timely responses to my questions and getting approval for my project in the short notice that I had given them was very much appreciated. I would recommend them anytime as Mr. Martin Laderman was wonderful to work with, always communicative and responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. Very nice Person.

My experience knowing Martin Laderman has been nothing short of remarkable. His knowledge of property management should be the industry standard. This company is not like a mega-conglomerate that would be like a bull in the china closet for most associations, nor is it too small and not be able to accommodate the needs of a large Association. When an Association seems to have needs I have found that MEM unlike many other property management companies gets personally involved and always looks out for the best interest of the homeowners. Mem does not form alliances with vendors, instead the homeowners are the first priority not the vendors. I would recommend any and all associations to utilize MEM Property Management services.

Mr. Martin Laderman, President of MEM did an excellent job at my Condo unit at Bella Vista Manor in Fort Lee, NJ.
The water pipes above the kitchen ceiling had a leak and as result, the wall, ceiling and even cabinets were affected. Once the Board gave him the OK to fix, he hired, supervised and made sure the work was done in an efficient way, well-done and with no mess whatsoever. We are very grateful and happy with his outstanding performance.

I appreciate the service Mem property has to offer, they have great staff such as Rosa. Always willing to help at all time. Whenever there is an issue Rosa makes sure is taken care of. Thank you for everything!

An unfortunate situation and miscommunication with certain individuals caused a great inconvenience with my account and Mr. Laderman was the FIRST to email and call me directly in hopes to positively remedy the matter. His effective and polite communication helped ease my reluctance and anxiety as my townhouse development has gone through several management companies before MEM Property Management ( some of which were extremely duplicitous and corrupt ). Mr. Laderman's diligent and professional manner certainly serves as a precedent of what great management should be ( and what many unfortunately lack ).

I have nothing but positive things to say about Martin Laderman. He is understanding, quick to respond and ultimately helpful and kind. I live in a neighborhood that Martin manages, and despite me just being a homeowner with no major issues or problems, he is so helpful and always positive and cheerful!

Mem property management is the management company for the community I live in. I must say that I have had nothing but the best service with mem. The entirety of these 5 stars and my confidence is in Martin Laderman. He is extremely proactive and responsive. I live in Hampton Club of New Brunswick, and had some difficulties with a raccoon. When the issues wasn't resolved in a timely enough manner, I escalated it to Martin, who checked daily on the resolution with his 'staff'. Without him, the issue would probably still exist.
