Harry's Place

It's easy to overlook this modest establishment off the beaten path in Alpha, NJ but for locals it's a quality spot to grab a bite eat. No fuss. Lunchtime is busy with call ahead orders as well as dine in and counter service seating. I recommend the cheese steak, corn nuggets, or even their pancakes! Yes they're open for Breakfast- Lunch - Dinner.

Great place to eat not fancy but great food.

Old school sandwich shop in Alpha NJ with milkshakes to die for. Gyro lacked feta but subs and sandwiches made up for it. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

Love this place! Rite by my house. Food is great. They take pride in there food n service. Great burgers & cheesesteaks!!! Must try it.. Fast service as well.

We've been getting their steak sandwiches for a few years now and would rank them as being the best in the area. Make sure you order the smaller ones, which are nearly 12" long. The larger ones are meant to be shared. Make sure you get the hot peppers and onions if you want a little spice on them!

I've heard a lot of negativity about Harry's and I think they're all full of it. Went in there first time sat at the counter second two times set at the table and I will not complain about anything it's a small restaurant that has good decent food!!

I took my mom here to get her first ever gyro. She loved it! I loved it! The gyro meal was a good price and super filling. I actually had to take some home with me. We also ate there and although he was busy and there was only 2 people working there, I didn’t even have to ask for a refill on my soda. They were in top of it and I was surprised at the quickness of the service. He’s a humble dude and it was just an all around good experience.

Best cheesesteak I've had in awhile. The fries were hot and not soggy like some takeout. My daughter's chicken finger basket was huge. Would highly recommend.

Harry's Place was not the traditional place that one would stop at. It's a small hole-in-the-wall that most people wouldn't bat an eye towards. However, it was recommended to me by a local, and I decided I'd give it a shot. For starters, there are plenty of options at this establishment: everything from classic dinner food to greek to Mexican. It was not busy at all when I went, and the food came out very quickly. The gyros, chili-cheese fries and vanilla milkshake were wonderful and next time I'm in town I will definitely be stopping here again.

We eat there almost every Sunday morning and a lot in the pm. Especially when it's hot and we don't want to cook. Seniors love it here too. Excellent food. French toast is like I make it. If it's not on the menu and he has the stuff he'll make it. Best burgers around too.

Had another good experience for lunch at this place, This place has that neighborhood Atmosphere Where everyone that comes in pretty much knows everyone, The food was great and service As well, Looks like they have a big menu With lots of Variety of food to be made.

Best Steak sandwiches. Filled with lots of meat and roll is fresh and soft. Great tasting soups and so much more. More of a take out place, tables& a counter for eat in.

Good place to grab a quick bite without spending a arm and a leg. the food is good but not amazing. just your kinda average mom and pop type restaurant but with a great variety of food. There's a little something for everyone.

Here's your chance to not judge a book by it's cover. Hot dogs? Gyros? Quesadillas? Pizza? Yeah, it's a strange assortment of "everything". They have a wide variety of options available. They've really embraced it and they do a great job on everything that comes out of their kitchen. If you can't decide what to eat, just go to Harry's Place.

I had the street tacos pork and beef they were tasty.

If you want a great Cheesesteak this is the place to go. A lot better than Toby's in P'Burg Harry's actually Stuffs it with a lot of meat Toby's steaks are more roll than meat. Harry's Place also offers fries & Toby's doesn't. I also like the fact that you can sit down and eat inside at Harry's. Toby's has picnic tables outside but when the weather is not so great it sucks.

This is a great place to eat.
Food is always fresh and good.
Owners are cool.Super clean.

Perfect neighborhood restaurant. Always great food and friendly service. Food is always served to order and made quickly. Room for dining in or take it to go. Perfect for a quick bite and always delicious!
