Lisa was amazing! I had an odd sized pennant (12 inches tall by 72 wide) and she helped me find the perfect frame to protect it. She collaborated on what would look best, and her work is impeccable. Really polished attention to details. I couldn't be more thrilled and can't wait to have her tackle other pieces as we get them. Just moved to town and wish I had met her years ago!!!

She framed my original oil paintings expertly -- and had an excellent eye to pick out frame colors -- highly recommend!

High quality work at a reasonable cost with great customer service

I just picked up four prints that I had re-mat and re-framed and just had to share my personal experience. Lisa, the owner, was so helpful in selecting the perfect colors for the mats and framing options. I am incredibly happy with the beautiful job she did and the quality of the materials used. Two of the original prints were over 30 years old and she updated them and turned them into a work of art. Her pricing is fair and I would highly recommend her services. Now I can enjoy the pictures that my Mom gave to me for many more years to come!!!!

The expertise that I received from the young lady at the counter was amazing.
I walked in with an idea of what I thought I wanted after speaking with the young lady at the counter and she showed me a few different ideas I realized very quickly that my thoughts we're nowhere near as good as hers so I left it up to the professional to frame my picture which came out absolutely beautiful.
I have made it a point to let everyone that I know about this small but expertly run frame shop.
This is truly a gem one of those must Shop Main Street instead of Wall Street locations.

This woman is so great. nice to talk to really knows art. The selection of frames is emence. She offerers paint and sip classes. And is is a always happy to help out the local scouts.

These ladies helped me out in a pinch! They were so helpful, fast and nice. The job needed to be done ASAP and was outside of what they typically handle and they did it while I waited and charged a very fair price. Would go back here anytime!

I walked into this place hoping to give a small business a boost. I was planning on having 7 paintings custom framed. The moment I walked in, the person working there did not greet me and just abruptly said, “I am busy right now. Can you come back in 30 minutes?”

This seemed pretty rude and inconsiderate given I didn’t even speak and she was so dismissive. I will be going elsewhere for my framing.

Three weeks after leaving a drawing to be framed and paying in full, it still was not done despite allowing for the holidays. The owner did not respond to two phone messages about the delay, and seemed unaware that I had even called. Both the email address on the invoice and the "contact us" tab on the website do not function. When I finally spoke to the owner, she agreed to cancel the job, refund my money and return my drawing. Unbeknownst to me, she had already completed the job. Besides being amazed at how quickly the unavailable framing supplies suddenly became available, I was dismayed by the fact that she did not tell me that she had framed the drawing despite the cancellation. Although the owner stated many times that all she wanted was to make her customers happy, I was not the least bit happy by the way she handled this. As a matter of fact, I was very troubled by this experience, and will never patronize this business again.
