They are the best at this location. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. My drinks ate always just right

The recent remodel project really improved this specific Starbucks branch. Before the remodel, ordering on the app ahead of time was nearly impossible and almost everything was out of stock. I understand it is a busy location but it should be well stocked because of that.

Whether there was a management change or personnel change, the improvements are definitely noticeable. This location is now my favorite one!

Pretty busy, but the workers were quick and efficient. Love the holiday spirit and accessories they had. Good service and i liked my drink (honey citrus mint tea without lemonade), thank you !

My go to almost everyday. Very nice..selections are great..it is always special when they know you by name.

Love the cedar groove lane location! Never have any issues & the drinks are always good

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review before but -
I didn’t get the managers name (I think it was Jess) was super nice. I accidentally dropped my food and spilt some of my coffee all over my leg and they immediately replaced my food, made sure I was okay, gave me water and a towel to wipe down my leggings. Made me feel better right away !

The employees were nice and it was mostly what you would expect from a Starbucks. The only issue is that it was a little but dirty inside, but other than that pretty typical. I got a vanilla bean frappuccino.

I decided to get a drink from Starbucks today and was met with great customer care, especially from Syl (an employee). He treated us very nice and it made our day. Thank you again

I love this Starbucks!!! I go a few times a week for my winter usual - Peppermint Mocha and a Sugar Plum cheese danish. So delicious!! The staff is always so genuine and kind and the order is always ready astonishingly quickly. I have never had a bad experience here.

Honestly the nicest starbucks I've been too. Was greeted by multiple team members, asked if I needed anything as I waited for my order, which was both tasty and accurate.

The food is always fresh; service is always good. Barista's are kind, courteous and patient. The atmosphere was pleasant😊

I have been going to this Starbucks for quite sometime now.
The staff is extremely helpful. Even in this COVID situations. They are doing everything to serve the customer better.
I decided to write this today because today I saw a customer loose his mind on staff member for a silly reason. But the team handled it very professionally. I felt that they need to be appreciated for what they are doing.

I work in Somerset, this is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. Most of the staff is very friendly and so welcoming. Because of the location, parking can be a bit tough, and it seems they are extremely busy at certain times (mornings and lunch time) but, that's when the mobile ordering app comes in handy, which I LOVE!! I have worked in Somerset for over 8 years now and I have seen seen the staff change so many times in this location but I have never had a problem with any of them or with my orders.
