The guys here are awesome. I've taken 3 of my vehicles to them and they always are returned in immaculate condition. Rich and Ed are 2 of the most straight up guys you will ever meet and they always have a great story to tell. They tell it how it is and for that they will always have my business on top of the amazing work they do.

They were really good here. Took the time to explain everything. Rich is really nice great customer service. Would definitely recommend.

This shop does not guarantee their work. Go ahead and call, ask if they do. The response I received from their receptionist was, "Rich stands behind his work, if you need additional information I can take your info and have him call you". Ok sure. Rich calls me back, very nice guy but never actually answered my question as to if they guarantee their work or not.

So I stopped beating around the bush and got to why I was asking. This shop did work on my car door in 2019. Cost around $1400. Last year I noticed something funky with the door but didn't understand what was going on. It was a couple of months ago while getting my car detailed that I was informed the clear coat was cracking on the door and front fender which is what led me to ask this shop if they guarantee their work. Rich had me come in to take a look and agreed there was a problem with the work they did but then went on to blame Dupont, who they no longer do business with, insinuating that they must have sent him a bad batch of clear coat but since they are no longer a vendor of theirs it would be up to Dupont to decide what happens next.
And of course it couldnt possibly be that they applied the clear coat incorrectly because that could never happen (sarcasm).

Well it's been 2 months now since that meeting. After repeated calls and messages, this shop refuses to respond. My insurance company won't get involved as this shop is not one of their approved body shops. I chose this shop because they were local and I have had work done by them prior but those cars are long gone and who knows how well the paint job held up on those cars. This car in particular I planned on keeping for a long time and being an older car, a fresh paint job is definitely on deck in the near future, but it won't be with these guys.

If you are having body work done, keep in mind that paint application issues may arise years after the job is done. Make sure there is a written guarantee. These guys won't give you one for sure.

Made multiple attempts to get work done here. After the third attempt, we went somewhere else. They just failed to follow up and thru.
