these guys are always great at providing excellent service no matter if you're here to buy a new car or just to get servicing done on your current car. I've bought 2 cars from here so far and will def recommend others to this place. They have have sure services or loaner services if you need to drop off your car for servicing.

Came in recently for an oil change. Kevin was so friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait long at all but since the brand new building is beautiful, even if I did have to wait, I wouldn't have minded. Keep up the good work!

Good dealership over all. The wait time is a little long depending on how busy they are as with any other dealership. The advisors are all helpful. Paul helped me to make sure I wasn’t paying anything out of pocket that I did not need to. Everyone there is friendly.

Busy service center but team is friendly and efficient. The waiting area is stocked with coffee and donuts to help get you through wait times. The shuttle service is pretty convenient if your vehicle is going to be here for hours.

Had a problem with my car was able to get in and out with the noise issue being solved fast. Always appreciate good service and kind employees.

I'm very pleased with the service given to this location. Even during rush hour and multiple cars waiting, the staff moves quite rapidly and always treat you with kindness and courtesy. The place itself is very clean with plenty of space to sit and wait if you desire to do so.

While having an appointment is the best option, once I stopped by without one because I felt I had a flat tire. It turned out it wasn't, but they still found a way to accommodate me and didn't charge me even though I had taken their time by checking on all my tires.

Of all the Toyota service shops I have gone, this indeed, is the best.

My experience with DCH Brunswick Toyota has been excellent.
The General Manager Lisa Ocasio sold me my vehicle at a fair price with no haggling. The service representatives and technicians are always respectful with my time and needs. For a multi point inspection, oil change and tire rotation, I am usually out in one and half to two hours, as long as I arrive by 8:00 I the morning. Service prices are comparable to other dealers.
The waiting area and bathrooms are clean and well maintained, although the carpeting could use replacing. Complimentary coffee is available, as well as reasonably priced vending machines.
The counter parts Manager Andre Smith is a pleasure to deal with. He does his best to save customers money and will only sell parts that are absolutely necessary
This is definitely the best dealership I have ever dealt with. They also offer discounts on parts ordered online and will ship them to you.
I definitely recommend this establishment.

I purchased my 2019 Toyota highlander, and the service department has been easy to work with for routine maintenance. Easy to make an appointment and comfortable areas to work while you wait.

Went to get my car oil changed/tire rotation on a Saturday! Those are usually the busiest days since most people are off and are trying to get their car in so keep that in mind. I got there at 10am and left at 11:30. I did have an appointment. The waiting area is nice and they have tables if you want to bring your laptop to work on stuff while you wait.

Friendly service and Steven explained everything my car needed and gave me options! I don't know much about cars so i appreciated that. Will be back.

Best Toyota authorized service center. Staffs are down to earth people. Very cost effective. They will tell everything upfront. They suggest us the services but they don't force anyone to do. I always take their recommendations. Going there since 2017. No complaints, happy customer since then. They started to offer free uber ride if the wait time is more.
Nice waiting area with some refreshments. You can surely take your calls from here. Not sure why they closed their computer waiting room where we can browse during waiting and they need to resume their car wash services as welll. Overall best reliable Toyota service center.

My family and I have purchased 4 vehicles and have been loyal DCH Toyota customers. We have been taking our vehicles to DCH for service and working with Rich in the service department He is a pleasure to work with, He is honest and goes out of his way to explain and communicate what is going on with your car he tells you what you should do and what you can hold off on with repairs maintenance etc. It is a pleasure purchasing and getting our car serviced with a business that we can trust.

Service Consultant Kervis Reyes & the Tech who worked on my car, M. Mohammad both did a great job. I was hesitant about going there because I just don't like waiting to get my car repaired. However, the waiting area was pleasant, with comfortable seating and really good coffee. After the tire rotation and the oil change, the car is running better than ever. Very glad I went there. Price was also fair.
