I switched pharmacies here not too long ago, because Rite Aid did not have my medication in stock. Fady helped me and was super thoughtful and fast. Choosing a neighborhood pharmacy gives me more personalized service compared to large chains, plus they have FREE & FAST DELIVERY !!

This is one of the best pharmacies in jersey city. Dr fady konds is very knowledgeable and very nice. Trust and believe if that big chain pharmacy don't have it city care pharmacy will get it for you..

City Care Pharmacy is a great pharmacy in the community. Dr. Fady is a wonderful pharmacist and he truly cares about his patients. The way he sincerely cares about his patients is amazingly incredible. Thank you for always helping me when I am sick. God bless you Dr. Fady. His team goes above and beyond to get your medication delivered when you are unable to go. Last, but not least, Dr. Fady even applied a medication to my neighbor who lost his mom to cancer and didn’t want to have his dad do it. He’s so patient and does anything to help.

The proprietor of City Care Pharmacy, Fady Konds is very experienced and knowledgeable. I was having difficulty getting a prescription filled at a large chain pharmacy ( they claimed they couldn't get it from their supplier) but Fady helped me out and got it almost immediately. I was so impressed with his service that I decided that I would only go to him in the future for prescriptions. As efficient and capable as he is, I am equally impressed with his manner-he is warm and kind and really eager to help his customers. I read in The NY Times that small pharmacies were vastly out performing the large chains and my experience here proved that to be true. I highly recommend this pharmacy. It's really good to know that Fady can come through when others can't.

City Care Pharmacy is the best pharmacy in the area. Dr. Fady is really helpful, and he sincerely cares about his patients’ health and overall well-being. Very clean facility, and very hygienic. They also have a delivery service, which is very convenient. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone!

This is the best pharmacy in the area. They always have the medications I need. I don't ever have want to deal with the big chain pharmacies again. I used to go-to the Rite Aid across the street but since switching my meds to City Care, I have NEVER had an issue. The owner is always there and will help you anyway to make sure you get your meds

I was recommend to come here and was astonished by the level of care and courtesy of the staff, Everyone was more than respectful and pleasant would recommend this location to anyone in the area. Dr. Fady helped me do my covid test there and he was so quick and didn't charge me anything even though I dont have insurance. Best pharmacy ever.

Great local pharmacy. The owner’s name is Fady Konds, and he goes the extra mile to help his customers. Fady also remembers people’s names, something rare with businesses these days. The store’s atmosphere is warm and friendly with easy to find merchandise. The service is quick and much better than across the street at the Rite Aid where the staff doesn’t care at all.

Both my sister and I are SO grateful for this pharmacy. It was the ONLY pharmacy open on 4th of July 5pm. We both needed to get Covid tests, since we had a family emergency and had to fly out the country the next day. We were assured to get the results at 9am the next day, which was a holiday too. As promised we received our results and we were able to fly out with no issues. Thank you so much for your help. We are forever thankful.

the workers are so helpful and kind. in the handful of times i’ve gone here to be tested for Covid-19 they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure i’ll have peace of mind. the staff at this pharmacy are wonderful people, and the tests are quick and painless. they know what they’re doing, and i’m thankful we have people like them in our community.

Dr. Fady is THE BEST. Went in for a COVID test and this is my second time going to this pharmacy for a test. Both times have been a pleasure. Very fast and efficient. 10/10 would recommend.
