Called from California to place a delivery order for my Aunt in West Seneca… they were fabulous! Friendly, helpful and personally delivered the same day. It’s nice to see this business have such care and high standards of service. Can’t thank them enough. What time is it? Campari time! Thank you for making her day!

Headed to the St. Patrick’s Day parade but could not find the new group favorite— Tippy Cow!! Went to a couple liquor stores to no avail. Called Best Value Wine & Liquors at 9pm. Rich answered and said they did have Tippy Cow!!!, but he was just locking the door and doesn’t open until noon on Sunday. As I expressed my disappointment, he said, how long would it take you to get here? Lol I said six minutes —he said I’ll be waiting. We skidded to a stop in front of the store, jumped out, and he opened the door. Sold us the two bottles that we needed and said “have fun at the parade.”I have never experienced customer service like that. Best Value is now my go to liquor store for all purchases. Thank you so much for Helping me complete the menu for our party on Delaware Avenue! I highly recommend that people support this family owned and operated store right by Wegman’s on Orchard Park Road in West Seneca.They also offer a military discount and then thanked my daughter in law for her service!

Kelly & her staff are always friendly and eager to help me find exactly what I’m looking for. I love every suggestion they have made. This store continues to carry my favorite wines and liquors at a great price. I love the loyalty program and discounts that are always happening!

I love being able to visit this store with the safety precautions in place. I feel safe and taken care of. Masks are offered for all patrons entering to ensure safety.

I'm new to the area and have been searching all over town for my favorite wine, not only was I able to finally find my favorite wine at Best Value Wine & Liquor, the customer service I received from Kelly ( I believe she was the owner) was nothing short of outstanding. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, so it's now my go-to store due to the fantastic customer service and great selection!!! Also read other comments and wanted to add that i had no issues with safety, as all the patrons and clerk had masks on during my visit. 😷🍷

I have to say... I was impressed the minute I walked through the door. Very clean well kept and organized. The greeting from the young lady behind the counter was very warm and welcoming. We had a VERY nice conversation to the point I totally forgot what I was there for. Once I broke my self away from the lovely Becky. I finally headed about my mission picking out my favorite wines. Great selection as well. Normally I buy a few bottles of wine at a time and save myself the extra trip(s) not this time..... just one. Looking forward to the extra visits.

I love the new location and I was so impressed. So clean and inviting. I was looking for mango vodka which I couldn't find at other liquor stores and when I went to Best Value, I was so happy. The service was amazing and they took me straight to the vodka section and found what I was looking for. This will be my new liquor store. I got to make my mango mimosas🍹

My favorite place to go for wine! Very helpful staff who have helped me find a few very good wines at reasonable prices! They also have tastings pretty regularly if you want to try something new!

The staff makes this place! Always friendly and helpful. Great selection and if they don't have specifically what you're looking for they will do what they can to accommodate you! I love the new location, right next to Wegmans, and this store is immaculate!

Very impressed with their new location! Staff was awesome, helped me find the perfect wine for a hostess gift! Store was clean and well organized and COVID protocols were evident!! My new go to liquor store for sure!!

By far my favorite wine store to go to! Always super clean and stocked with the best wine/liquor. Rich is also the best and super friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area :)

This just happens to be the closest liquor store to my house ... NOW ... switched over to them, NOT for the convenience, but because how AWESOME all the staff and owner are. Very knowledgeable staff, VERY clean store, and what else can I say - but you have to visit it to understand.

Always professional and helpful when I am buying wine for my Girlfriend. Yes she is of age and yes she likes wine.lol This store has a wide selection as well as a wine club.

Roxann was very helpful! I was looking for a variety of things for girls night. Iove the choices, Long Island iced teas, pina colada, mudslides in a can and also picked up a couple of different sangria wines 👍 cut up some fruit and throw in a little ice, great for a hot day 😎 or summer evening.

Loving the new location near Wegmans! Very good selection and customer service in a warm, inviting atmosphere. Easy in and out with everything you need.

Becky is very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is very clean. They always have what I'm looking for. Prices are a little cheaper than the larger stores.
