The Parking Spot

We LOVE The Parking Spot at the Buffalo Airport!!! We have used them at least 3 times and every time they impress me. Great rate when paying in advance and using AAA/CAA discount. They are always quick to shuttle you over and pick you up. And this last time? We knew we were going to be finding our car buried after being away for 11 days. Well, the shuttle driver cleaned off our car and then shovelled out the driver’s side and behind the car so we could get out! What a great service!! Would highly recommend!!!! We don’t believe we would get that service at a hotel.

AMAZING service!!! Drop off and pickup was so easy. You never wait long for the shuttle. The drivers were so kind, the van is clean with plenty of room & the complementary drinks at the gate are such a nice touch! I will be using this again the next time I travel. My only concern is obviously you are at risk of car damage or robbery as there isn’t a barrier preventing people from walking in but thankfully nothing was stolen.

Very easy to book, check in, and exit Would recommend a reminder that the bar code should be ready upon exit. Price very reasonable Pick up at airport smooth and driver was awesome. We've used this site many times and have never had a problem.

I am incredibly impressed with the high level of service and care of customers that your Buffalo shuttle drivers show. Friendly, classy and courteous.

During a recent brutal snowy stay, not only did your driver get out and clear off my 22 year old daughters car, he waited until her car started before he pulled away. There had been two storms during her stay -- over 4 feet of snow - so it was literally buried!

This was her first time travelling solo and you have no idea how kind this was and how much it put her at ease. As parents, it also warms our hearts as we were worrying. A+ service -- this is the only place we will go in the future. Bravo to your staff! I only wish I had his name.

Reached Buffalo at 10:30 PM. The shuttle came in 5 minutes. The driver was very courteous. When we reached at parking spot I realized that I left my car keys at the airport, the driver took me back to the arriving terminal and brought me back to the parking spot. Great service!

The night of January 19, 2024 I returned home from a 10 day Panama Canal Cruise only to find my car snowed in at The Parking Spot. John J insisted I wait in the bus while he cleared the foot of snow from and around my car. I will never forget his kindness and generosity and will always use the Parking Spot when travelling. There are always spots available, and the check in and check out process is very easy. I like the app and seeing where the van is when waiting to be picked up from the airport. It is never a long wait to be dropped off or picked up. The vans are always clean and drivers are very friendly and helpful!

From start to finish, you made it such an easy process. The shuttle driver, Chris, was so nice we all made a comment about it when we got back in our car. The price was great and the constant shuttle service was so much better than the airport parking. I've already told coworkers and friends that we'll only be using you whenever possible from now on!

I won’t ever park anywhere other than the Parking Spot! It’s so easy and affordable! I wanted to give a special thank you to the driver of the shuttle a little after midnight the morning of 1/4. I had travelled for almost 24 hours and the last thing I wanted to do was deal with cleaning the snow off my car. The shuttle driver got out of the shuttle immediately and cleaned my car off before I even got out of my seat. He was awesome and it was so appreciated! Thank you!

We had to retrieve a car that was parked by a family member who had a stroke while on vacation. Laura at The Parking Spot was incredibly helpful, understanding, knowledgeable, and kind during our very stressful situation. She handled things professionally and compassionately. We landed late last night, technically the early morning hours of today, and we were absolutely snowed in our spot. After the driver, Mike H. picked us up, he helped each one of us dig our car out and clear off the roof and windows. Mike dug everyone out without any complaints even after dealing with all of this snow all day for himself at his house where the heaviest snow band hit. Give this man a raise.

We always choose the parking spot when flying. It’s close and convenient to the airport, they give door to door service and the drivers are always so helpful and friendly. It’s usually cheaper for us than airport parking and you earn points toward free parking. This was suggested to us years ago by a friend and now we make sure to recommend to anyone we know needing airport parking.

Drivers go above and beyond to accommodate you. Amazing service and friendly. The Parking Spot is very close to the airport and you do not have to wait long to get picked up. The cost of parking for the week is very reasonable. Thank you for such a positive experience!

I booked this parking online and it was really easy to do. It was great being able to save some money using my CAA. We had to change our return date due to a hurricane, again all very easily done online. We were not charged for adding an extra day. Pick up and drop off was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend parking here

You folks are always the first and last leg of our journey. Our car is always safe and ready for a quick departure home .

I was having a bad day. 16 hours on flights and in airports. My flight to Buffalo was 2 hours late and I feared that I would not be able to get to my car at "Parking Spot" after midnight. Moreover, I do not own a mobile phone. So, I was unable to call "Parking Spot" for pickup. But, the "Parking Spot" bus was waiting at the airport off-site-parking location. The driver was very friendly and, seeing I was disabled, he carried my suitcase to the bus...and then to my car trunk. Parking Spot's low prices and reliable service made the travel experience and its stress the perfect ending to an awful day.

The shuttle is great because it picks you up and drops you off right at your vehicle.

Always use the Parking Spot when traveling! Easy reservation process, great prices, prompt shuttle service and recently the driver helped us dig our car out of the crazy snow storm!
