The lady at the Customer service desk is very friendly & polite. She has a fantastic attitude. She handles customers very well & had a lot of patience. The ladies at self checkout are very nice & friendly too. The store was extremely clean. They take pride in it.

Always a quick trip and never crowded which I really like. The staff is always so helpful when I need to find something and quick to respond. Great selection of product and can usually find anything I need.

Writing this review for myself and my mother in law, she ordered a cake for a retirement party and it was subpar at best, the writing was sloppy and it just wasn’t doable. SO the manager, Steve took one look at it and said no way are you taking that cake to a party. And he offered instead a giant themed balloon, and a beautiful platter of cupcakes on the spot. They were perfect as it was short notice and no time to make another one. That being said they really went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for this party and that we were satisfied. Awesome customer service, super friendly and helpful! Very much appreciated!!

shopping this store for twenty years , i have no problem ,satisfied , and the comment about wearing masks , we already know that masks don't work , the virus can go through masks, like throwing sand through a chain link fence, ANTHONY FAUCI , masks don't work, then they do , then wear 3 masks, flip flop fauci , i hope he gets locked up , for the damage he has caused , btw he made over 5 million in royalties. you can't fix stupid

Better than past visits. Engaging sales, clean (about time) restrooms, and fast check out service (yay humans). The worst part in past visits has been the slow check out service or use the self check out with condescending programming and lack of convenience checking out without asking for a correction. Great job in improving customer service Tops.😀

The cashier Zach is a life saver! His kindness and ability to go above and beyond is beyond humbling! He deserves some recognition. Thank you Zach from my little girls Elise and Caroline!

Great selection. Very close to our hotel. Without asking, I had 2 different staff people go out of their way to help me. Wish this was my local market!

Nice and large, clean store, friendly staff, always stocked, only out of sale items occasionally unlike other locations that are always out. Find international products that you won't find in any other Tops location.

They have step up on there game. Tops is clean neat and very easy place to shop. Great place.

Still love them over Wegmans! Got in and out pretty quickly with what I needed. Lots of registers open too

Everything was clean, the staff was very pleasant and they had everything I needed and came there for. A very happy experience for me.

Favorite tops in town. Staff is great, place is always clean and 4/5 times have what I need, am looking for, is on sale, etc.

Had all sale items I needed! Was happy ! Some stories you go to for sale items and you get an excuse, sold out , on the truck etc.
