Patrick Clearwater was very helpful with scheduling my service, during service and afterwards when I called. My wait took longer than I had planned. Like another reviewer mentioned, I did wait beyond the allotted time noted and proceeded to the service desk to find out what was going on. When I reached the desk, they informed me that the recall hadn't been added to the time.
The work on the car went well. I did call Patrick after about 3-4 days later to let him know there was still a smell coming from the engine (I had had a leaking gasket). He said that it takes time to wear off. If I continued to have problems with the smell to call him. I either became accustomed to the smell or it expired as I no longer have an issue. Overall great service and all covered under warranty. Thank goodness!

The service department at Simmons works well with their customers in explaining any current issues and identifying potential future issue your vehicle may have, making sure you are aware of them, as well as, any factory recalls there may be. They also work with you so you feel you aren't being forced into services that aren't necessary. They really make sure you are being taken care of and educated on your vehicle. Not to mention their waiting room is really fantastic.

While in the Elmira area for a funeral, my engine finally locked up after numerous warranty checkups for about two years with another dealer. The experience with Bill Sweeney & Patrick at the Hyundai Service Center has been unbelievably positive! After getting nothing but runaround from the other dealer, they have been incredibly helpful, understanding and just plain kind! Going out of their way to make my days easier! I will definitely use them any time I'm in the area and highly recommend that you do!

We have gone to Simmons Rockwell now for probably over 17 years and won’t go anyplace else. They are wonderful to deal with. We won’t buy or lease a car from anyone other than Kyle Harkness. He is an honest and wonderful young man to deal with. Sal Ferrara is wonderful for financing. Simmons Rockwell is over an hour away from us but it is worth the drive to be treated so well and honestly. They are stuck with us until the day we die.

We were interested in hybrid vehicles to help the planet and the future of our children and grand children. We were met at the dealership by the salesman , Charlie, who was not a high pressure salesman but very helpful in answering our questions and then getting us a fair price on our trade in. This is our third vehicle from Simmons Rockwell and it won't be our last.

I have been to atleast 30 dealerships in the last 6 months looking to buy a new vehicle. We've had trouble with matthews and botnick they were terrible. Finally settled on a 2021 hyuandai elantra limited, went out to simmons rockwell from binghamton to look at one what a great experience. Josh was so wonderful to work with not only did he explain all the features he explained how there maintance plan works. Not only did they ge t us an amazing car but they got us one for cheaper then what we expected there finance department are wizards will never shop anywhere else now.
