Simmons-Rockwell Mitsubishi

I love the friends and family support -- I truly feel like family when I visit Simmons Rockwell, whether I'm there to buy a vehicle or there for maintenance service, I feel important by the employees. Thank you for offering your services to our communities! My most recent purchase was a couple months ago, a 2023 Subaru Ascent -- it had 30 miles on it when I drove it out of their parking lot. I absolutely love it!

Everyone did a wonderful job working together making it easy for me to just come in with my old car and drive away with my new one in just a short amount of time. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel so welcome while I was there. Thank for a great experience!

Kyle Harkness was the best salesperson I have had buying a car. He was kind efficient and courteous with us through the entire process. This was the fastest I have ever been able to get out of a car dealership. I will purchase from him in the future.

I had a wonderful shopping experience. I have heard some people talk about difficulties in this time in getting a new vehicle. I was surprised by my trade-in value and the team at Simmons really made things come together. I understand that it took some time for the vehicle I was interested in to arrive, but it was well worth the wait. This is now my third Mitsubishi that I've driven and I would come back to Simmons every time. Kyle did a wonderful job with texting me and checking in throughout the whole process.

My husband and I stopped in on Saturday to check out their cars. It was closing time but we just wanted to look we had been to several other dealerships that day. Bill Colegrove ,an employee, was leaving to start his weekend. He seen us and stopped in his car and got out and answered questions and gave us his card. Told us to stop back Monday and he would have the car started and all heated up. We both work long days so we didn't get there till 615. The place closed at 7. Bill had the vehicle waiting just like he said. He did the paperwork and all that was needed for us to drive away with it. BUT that's not all. Bill stayed with us until about 810. An hour AFTER his shift to make sure we got all the apps needed and the phones hooked up, the new technology stuff. He went over just about every button in the thing. Bill has been a sales person for 19 years and I can see why. What a great guy. I can't leave without saying that everyone we met tonight was friendly and helpful. They helped Bill get us all squared away. Right down to the very last minute. Thank you Bill for the great experience and the nice shiny Outlander.

Ryan, Ivy, and everyone (including our salesman, Bill) have always been extremely helpful and courteous. There have been some issues with our vehicle and they've been doing everything they can to fix the problems. They are great people.

Roland was the best salesman we’ve ever encountered when using a car dealership! Spent a long time online shopping (about 4 weeks) before I decided to visit this specific dealership. It was an hour and a half drive but well worth it. Called in advance and set up an appointment at 9:30 a.m. We arrived a few minutes prior and made our way in. We got slated with Dieter Stevens. Apparently we were supposed to meet someone else but he was running behind so Dieter took care of us. He was extremely pleasant and courteous. Allowed us to test drive two vehicles of the same make/model. He even brought a new vehicle of the same type (a CUV) for us to drive and compare, although we did not take him up on the offer.

Whilst we were test driving he was working on preparing paperwork in case we decided to buy (we did) which made the process run very smoothly. Attempted to haggle the price a bit (mind you, the price was already very reasonable and the reason we came to this specific dealership). He spoke with his general manager (his name was Cole). There was not much room for wiggle in the price. Dieter went on to explain that the vehicles they sell are very marginally marked up. Meaning they sell a lot of vehicles at a small markup versus a few vehicles at a large markup. From my research online, I tend to believe him. They're prices were thousands below the competitors. When it came to the extended warranty Dieter and Cole went above and beyond to work within our budget. After running the numbers three times we settled in at a price and payment that my wife and I were content with, without extending the terms of the loan. An hour and a half later we were driving off the lot with her new vehicle (the hour and a half was the detailing of the vehicle, inspection, and oil change). Overall very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend asking for Dieter. He was a pleasure to work with.

Nate deserves a huge freaking raise! My husband and I pulled in here while shopping around and found Nate in the parking lot. We told him we didn’t care for the traditional care buying experience and knew what we wanted already.
I’m not a fan of sitting in dealerships and waiting forever for them to come up with numbers and papers and warranties. I told him to email me numbers and call me when the paperwork was ready to sign. We were able to do almost everything through text and phone calls and I spent under 15 minutes sitting at his desk and signing papers and getting my new plates and I was out the door.
I also have to mention that I shopped around between Ohio to Florida and no one could match Simmons and Rockwell prices.
If you’re in the market definitely stop here and ask for Nate! Great guy!!!

My experience at simmons-rockwell was the best experience I've had in buying a car. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The salesperson I dealt with knew every answer to all of my questions and if he didn't he asked someone. I would recommend everyone to shop at simmons-rockwell. I would definitely come back again.
