Terminex provides services to deal with a wide variety of pests. Their service workers are quiet and courteous. They offer environmentally friendly options. The treatments are effective.

I recently renewed my services with Terminix, after moving approximately 120 miles from my previous residence. The technician was helpful, he addressed all my concerns and treated the area where I noticed spiders, ants, stink bugs and yellow jackets.

Within a few visits Terminix got rid of the unwanted pests in my home. I can walk around my house freely without jumping every time I see a shadow. It's an uncomfortable feeling when you can't be comfortable in your own home. I'm sure the pests would not like if I just made myself at home in their home. LOL!

Update: Ryan continues to accommodate my schedule so I am home to let him in to inspect the interior of the house. I can schedule appointments as the need arises and it is only days away, not weeks.

My technician, Ryan, always make an effort to accommodate my work schedule and he's always helpful, thorough, pleasant, and addresses all concerns. I was initially concerned when my technician had been changed, but Ryan is doing a great job. Recommended.

I see alot of reviews complaining about scheduling, not sure if I'm a lucky one or not, but it seems the scheduling problems have been taken care of? Did an initial and a follow-up a week later and there were 0 problems with scheduling, was called prior to visits etc...

My initial request for an inspection/services was not properly fulfilled, however, the company has definitely made efforts to correct this and provide impeccable services. It's always good to see prompt and attentive sevices. I'm looking forward to a long and solid business relationship.

The gentleman was on time and explained what he would be doing . I had to leave for a little bit when I came back he should me what he did and explained if I saw anything or needed a trap moved outside just to call and he would come back . It felt good to know he cared and that I am on the road of getting rid of the termites. I would highly recommend this company .

Terminix did an excellent job removing a hornets nest from within my house siding board. The bees had become a nuisance thanks to Terminix nuisance no more. All gone 😂

Always contacted the day before appointment, service tech checks initially for any problems and reviews findings, makes remediation suggestions. Always pleasant contact.

Maurice Lawrence is the best technician. He is very thorough and does a great job. I had a previous technician and Maurice just completely surpasses the job he did. If I didn't get Maurice as my new technician I probably would be switching companies. Because of his hard work I have chosen to stay with Terminix. I hope he gets some kind of recognition.

I would definitely use terminix again if need be. I lived in my house for over 40 years with no problem. The representative arrived on time and explained why roaches appear and how to keep the them from coming back.

Been using Terminex for few years now , and they been great. They come when they say their coming , and have return if something my develop in between services. My technician Alan is the best.. always asks if we are seeing any area where we feel needs more attention. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Their work is amazing! I am able to sit outside and enjoy my deck. Before Terminix this house was swarmed with wasp nests and mice. Terminix comes as scheduled and performs their job. I am very pleased with my results!

Henry Potenzieri, the inspector that has been handling my house for 5+ years now is one of the most sincere, funny, helpful, dedicated and professional men I've ever met. He never ceases to amaze me with his level of personal attention and professional care. He must be one of the single best brand representatives for Terminix in the entire country!

We've had very few issues in or out of the house since signing up for Terminix treatments. It's VASTLY improved the quality of our outdoor time and reduced my stress about ants and spiders indoors.

I called them for one thing, and they found another thing yuck. Thank goodness. These guys are very knowledgeable of what they do and can see the signs that there may be other things lurking in the house that you may not know about. Lol!
