I love this store, I'm very petite and they clothes fit me better than other stores, they also have plus sizes, an men clothes, they have very good prices, I also order from them online, an if you love leggings they have them for the low.

Very crowded. The customers are animals. Dropping and leaving items on the floor. The sale prices are unbelievable though.

I wish I could leave a review for customers and I would give y'all a -100. We went in the day after Christmas and the place was literally torn apart. The customers who treat a store like this should be ashamed of this kind of behavior. Are you literally picking up every pair of shoes and throwing them on the ground? How were you raised to think going into a business and leaving such a mess is in anyway appropriate? How would you feel if someone came into your job and did this? People are working in a store on one of the busiest shopping days in the country, during a pandemic and economic disaster and you decided to make their day worse by creating a complete mess. I felt terrible for the staff.

I bought a beautiful black blanket scarf and I wish I had gotten more colors.

If you have a 12 year old, they DO have clothes that fit. If they are smaller than a 24/25 waist, there's a rack of leggings. Back to school shopping $130 and a huge bag full of clothes. (2 jeans $30, leggings $8, hoodies $20, tees $8-20) Masks & socks $1-3. IMO better than Walmart or the $1 store & same prices

Shout out to the young lady that allowed my little one to purchase an item and return it , though it was a mark diwn , she respected the fact that we were leaving headed back out of town.

I did a little shopping at Forever 21 I had fun I didn't really see anything but I did get a couple of things that I like me and my fiance and her daughter went in and did some shopping because he always says that I never do anything for myself so he took us shopping and we had a really fun time spending family time together and we will be back very very very soon

I have gone here several times in the past and was not impressed by the staff but this visit Ricole single handedly changed my initial impression. She went above and beyond to help me find a specific crop top and even made sure that I was taken care of when i visited the fitting rooms and during check out. She is by far the best employee at this Forever 21. During the time of my visit i noticed two other employees hanging out by the fitting rooms chatting while ignoring costomers and getting irritated when patrons asked them questions. I think they were flirting or something because of the giggles and body language. Not appropriate behavior for work, in my opinion... Thank God Ricole was there to help out the guests and pick up all the slack.

Super packed and picked through. Always have a ton of deals though and the clothes are decent quality. Go during the week during the day to avoid the crazy congestion.

I found 2 cute sweaters. I am never able to find cute clothing for myself! I hit a good shopping trip!

I love that I can have my online orders shipped to the store for free!! And I can also, return my items there.
