Take them a long time to respond send the pictures of the issue they're out of state dispatch had to contact their local technician to see what he would be able to do he said he wouldn't be able to have the parts and it'd be a hundred dollar service fee to come out and that was before putting any parts on we're doing anything else

Never ever call this person for any type of service.i placed service call for one egr sensor he kept telling for 5 hours he is trying to get one sensor its not available but in real he didnt had any guy for service call.At the of the day mechanic shows up and replaced the EGR sensor in 2 mins.WRANCLE REPAIRED charger $1040 for just one egr sensor.STAY AWAY PEOPLE

Called they said they were coming out I sat on the side of the road for three hours waiting for them then they called back so sorry we’re not coming have a nice day don’t use them rude unprofessional and disrespectful
