This is a great restaurant I don't know why the line is not wrapped around the building they do seem kind of slow at times but I think it's because they make your food on the spot as you order it therefore it's always fresh

Had lunch on a Saturday around 11:30am . Was impressed with how clean the place was. Food was fresh and delicious! The two ladies in there did a wonderful job and whoever management is deserves recognition for just how clean the place is!! Nicest Ralleys Ive been to!

Just the best! I've been going to Rally's for decades. Simply the best burgers and fries. The hamburger patties actually taste like beef and the French fries actually taste like potato.

Every time I come in food is hot and fresh, a little wait but who doesn’t want to wait for fresh food. Quan (employee) was very accommodating and helpful! Will be back.

Place was so clean! Like very clean. I know it’s supposed to be a good review but cleanliness is everything! It’s also spacious AF for a fast food joint! You can eat outside or inside in the AC! by the window view or booths. The food so far so good. More impressive by how clean that place is.

Had the Chili and Funnel Cake Fries. Both were excellent with wonderful taste. Drive Thru Service was warm friendly and cordial. Highly Recommend. Will definitely be back.

I loved & was happy with everything I got. My only issue was that they're were 5-6 people working that I could see. I just couldn't understand why it took 20 minutes to get my Large Coke then total a half hour before I got my meal.

I love the 3 piece chicken tenders and seasoned fries. But most of all, I like the strawberry cheesecake sundae 🍨 😋

Best customer service in Niles by far. A polite person with a smile is far better greeting then “Next window please”. They were polite and apologetic for the delay. I do not mind waiting if I know my food will be right and the employee is polite about it. My food has always been right and been hot every single time. Give them time to get more staffed and watch out Niles. Good customer service does exist in other restaurants besides Chil-fil-a

Rally's today was as always excellent even though I had to change my order at the window they had no problem with it just for an over ring because I wanted to bless a buddy of mine this wife that we're having a garage sale see my buddy bought me lunch a couple months ago and it really touched my heart that's all I thank God that as I say is doing better we're almost was going to lose it because it diabetes it was great to have a visit with them you've been friends for over 40 years he's just another brother from another mother we had mutual friends and some of them passed on friends and family it's the most important things in your life God God bless and Shalom thank you rallies for being so patient with an old guy

All the grub we ordered turned out to be fantastic. Everything was very good. Thank you, folks, for doing a great job.

Friendly and knowledgeable. I asked if dining room would open and the employee was able to give an answer. Food is good... kinda affordable given today's economy

By far the best Rally's I have ever been to in my area. Great wait staff. The food was fresh and hot. The facility is clean, on the outside where we can see anyways. and the wait was minimal.

I was skeptical about getting chicken strips from a burger joint but let me tell y'all something I started with a 3 piece got home smashed went back for the 8 piece they are that good and I'm not even a chicken strip person

Every time I go there on my lunch break the food is hot and fresh. Which is unusual for fast food restaurants in this day and age.
