Came in to open my checking. Shout out to Marina Gonzales, really friendly, super fast service, went above and beyond on everything. In and out 15mins. Definitely be back to see her. Facilty is clean and lots of amenities. Thanks again and appreciated for your service Marina! See you then!

I tried to open my 3 new accounts online, but had some issues, so I went into this branch of ENT at Smoky Hill Road/E470. I was greated by a nice young lady who got Sr. Member Service Representative Acacia Bixby to help me.

Acacia was very friendly and knowledgable. With her help we were able to un-freeze my credit and get my 3 new accounts set-up. I left with all my new account numbers, some checks for each checking account and a. debt card. It's been a long time since I belonged to a Credit Union and I love how ENT doesn't make you have a $15,00.00 minimum balance at Chase Bank or each of my checking accounts or each one would cost $25/month or $600/year just to have the accounts. Chase near me has gone downhill…I'm done with them and look forward to a very long relationship with ENT.

Every time I go in the staff is super nice. It is very nice to have an ENT in our local neighborhood. I've been banking with them for 21 years.

I love this Credit Union! They are simply amazing!!! If you're looking for a good bank with great service then look no more.

Pretty branch and very nice staff

Not the best customer service experience.

We came in to open a new account and the staff person that greeted us said there were no Member Services reps to help us open the account. Once we indicated that we drove about 20 minutes to get there, then they were able to find a rep. (This branch is on Smoky Hill Road in Centennial.)

Next, the staff member said that we were not eligible for any promotions. However, the Member Services rep said that we were and entered us into the bank promotion.

It is clear to me that we would have had a better banking experience if it wasn't for the person who greeted us because we almost walked out the door.

HOWEVER, thanks to the Member Services rep, Acacia Bixby, she saved the day. If it were not for her, not only would we have left, but we would have closed all of our existing accounts we had there and parked our money somewhere else.

I don't know who will be reading this post, but if it is somebody who manages this bank branch, I would suggest getting a more customer-focused staff person to greet people. Your Member Services rep was excellent.

Tried to open an account they said they could not because they were having a meeting. I then asked if I could check in my saving bonds, they said I have to be a member to do so, but then tell me I can't because a member that day because they are doing a meeting. then the mixed girl at counter gives me a nasty look and goes the credit union on tower and Hampden would be happy to help. Would not recommend going in to do any business because they might not even let you

No atm, only video tellers. All of which are always busy.
