My cat partially tore out one of his toenails. So I had to get in in a hurry. I’ve never been to this vet before. My vet is about an hour away and I didn’t want to drive that far with winter roads. They were kind enough to get me in the very next day. The vet and all the staff were very nice. They explained in detail what they were going to do and how it would help the cat. They all seem very compassionate and loving and kind towards my cat.
I like the facility. It appears to be newer. The examination tables which usually are just all metal had a very nice one and a half inch padded foam mat on it which I feel makes the animals relax a lot more. It wasn’t just open foam. It was a foam pad with like a waterproof covering on it. That can be wiped down.
I’m glad to get established with this vet and him being so close. Their location is easy to get to and there’s plenty of parking.

Been taking our “pups” to these absolutely amazing people for veterinary care and boarding for over ten years. We could not be more happy. Would never trust them with anyone else. Can’t recommend them more highly.

I love this vet. My family dog was under their care throughout his life up until the end, in which they were extremely compassionate through that difficult process. They now take care of my current pup and I am so relieved to be able to continue to have them as our vet for our new baby. They have always been patient, compassionate, and wonderful in terms of care provided with both of my animals. Would recommend.

We're so happy we found the Twinsburg Pet Lodge for our dog. We tried a couple other places and they said she was too big and aggressive (she's a 3yr old 100lb+ American Bulldog), but she's found a home at the Pet Lodge. We've been sending her there for the last three years when we go on our family vacation for a week. She's grown to love them so much over the years. She was nervous and stressed the first time, but now she runs to them and they love on her, which is nice to see. Highly recommend the Twinsburg Pet Lodge to anyone looking for a home away from home place for your furry family member.

The best there is. We take all of our small animals to Twinsburg Vet for their wellness checkups and they have been so wonderful for a few emergencies as they have come up. Most recently we had to take one of our dogs for an emergency and they were wonderful from us calling to us bringing him in. He had to stay through the weekend and they called every night to tell us how he was doing and give updates. Outstanding care. Every vet, tech, and assistant who works there has always been empathetic and knowledgeable. If you care about your pets health and wellbeing, bring your pets here for their care.

My dog Roxie was passing blood from the rectum for 2 days. Could not get her into my vet because he was on a continuing education trip.He had just completed senior Wellness exam. Could not find anybody to see her her until a week later. She was listless but she was eating when I fed her by hand. Call Twinsburg Veterinary Hospital oh, they got me in the next morning. Thought she was going to need put down. I've had her for 14 years. So we were both miserable. After Dr. Jeremy examined her and got blood work from previous vet office he said it's not a death sentence. It seems like she has Cushing's syndrome and gastritis. He gave her something to settle her stomach so the bleeding would stop. Everyone at this office is wonderful their patient and kind. I am so happy. Dr. Jeremy consented to be my new vet! A heartfelt thank you to everyone in your office!

The staff here clearly loves animals. They took great care of my cat and they visited with her and gave her attention throughout the week. I will definitely use their services again.

We have moved around quite a bit with our dog and have had many vets. This vet, especially Dr. Rachael is without a doubt the best we have been to. They are always understanding and willing to try whatever we need for our dog. As our dog gets older and he changes they have expertly navigated us through him getting older and what to anticipate. Thank you all so much

They got me in with my cat during an emergency when my regular vet told me they were too busy to help. I was not a patient and they were really kind to both me and my cat. Had great experiences since with my 5 pets. Completely recommend.

A few days ago I woke up in the middle of the night to what I thought was my dog having a seizure. I had just moved back to Ohio and I did not have a vet to call. I googled vet clinics near me and saw that Twinsburg Vet Hospital was the earliest to open at 7:30am. I immediately got my dog in the car and drove to the clinic, waited in the parking lot for them to open. I had no appointment and was not a current client of theirs. I had my fingers crossed they would help me in my dire situation. I was greeted promptly and my dog was taken back for labs and xrays. Everyone was accommodating and pleasant. Upon results about a half an hour later, I was told I had to make a tough decision as my dog had a large tumor in her abdomen. The doctor was open, kind and informative. To me, there was only one decision to make, save her. She stayed overnight that night and went into surgery the next day. I was able to call in and check on my dog's status and each time, the person on the other end was pleasant and kind. I was a nervous wreck. After the surgery, I received a call from the docter herself and was told that the surgery went well, but they want to monitor her for a couple of days to get her strength back. I was able to visit her for a few minutes each day until I was finally able to bring her home today. Overall, I am beyond happy with the help I received. My dog was the one thing that saved my life when I was very sick, living on my own, with Covid a while back. She is the only thing that got me out of bed, to get up and walk and kept me moving. I am glad I have some more time to spend with her and thank her. Thank you all for putting in the effort to help my dog , I truly appreciate it.

I have had really positive experiences with this office. From check ups to emergency visits I have not been disappointed. They are super busy because they are really great at what they do. I have had appointments with every vet there for my bulldogs for many years. All the doctors are professional and attentive to my dogs. It is obvious their concern is for your pet which is why I stay with them. I understand some may feel they are cold or indifferent, but when it was time to say good bye to my childhood fuzzy pal they were anything but. If you are looking for a place to help you keep your furry friend in the best possible health this is the place.

I’ve been a client for several years and the veterinarians and staff are excellent. When my dogs were ill, they always found time to see them. When my last little guy was very sick, there were many calls and last minute visits. Dr. Stacy Lozanoff spent a great deal of time contacting specialty vets as well as answering my many questions. They are the best.

I have a two year old Golden Irish who began to show signs of illness mid-pandemic. We did a phone consult and ultimately I took her in to the practice. Literally the entire staff couldn't have been kinder or more supportive. Our dog had to be kept over a weekend and their on call vet tech was so attentive to keeping me informed of Riley's status all weekend long. Ultimately she's been diagnosed with a lung fungal infection and is on long term pharmaceutical treatment and throughout this process, Dr. Rachel, every vet tech, receptionist, every person associated with this business has been compassionate and supportive and professional and caring. I made a change 18 months ago from a different vet clinic and am thankful every day that I made this change.

We needed a vet while we were visiting from out of town and got turned away from multiple other offices. We were so grateful when this office agreed to see us on short notice. The receptionists were very welcoming and we were also seen rather quickly. Dr. Jeremy was great — very friendly and knowledgeable as well as great recommendations on how to proceed with our cat. The vet tech also took her time with us and made sure we understood what was happening at all times. Would highly recommend this vet!

I am SO impressed by the reception staff, vet techs, and vets at Twinsburg. They are all so professional, kind, and attentive. They have been just wonderful with my two little ones. Dr. Rachel is our "main" vet and she is OUTSTANDING. She is excellent at communication and is so incredibly thorough in her diagnosis and intervention. She has such a great heart and is so caring. I feel so lucky that my two fur babies are in her care. THANK YOU to the team at Twinsburg from Finn, Mira, and me!

The staff here are ones that are animal lovers which makes a huge difference! I was nervous leaving my dog with them because I didn't even have him a week but the attitude of the staff made me very comfortable doing so. I highly recommend the Pet Lodge!
