This is a bi-monthly treat for us after a long day of shopping at Costco... you know, when a $1.50 hot dog just won't cut it!

Have been coming here for years and always get the same thing: pork nachos & a tall Zwizzle Trickle... makes spending $300 on 4 items somehow easier to digest ;)

Mouth-watering. All the food is unique and savory. 10/10 Cool atmosphere and great service come let the meat melt in your mouth. Highly recommend the BLT Deviled Eggs

Was in the area to visit waterfalls and hiking trails. Used the googler to find food and this place came up. And I will say I was not disappointed! I had the hopping 🐸 shandy, and it was delicious! As for the food.... We had the combo 3 with sausage, Chicken,and pulled pork. And it was the 💣! The sausage was definitely a must. Mac& cheese really good. Worth going to check out for sure.

Wow wow wow… where to begin? I’ll start with the incredible service. Evertime we come in we are instantly greeted with bright smiles. The servers are always spectacular and continue a great vibe the entire evening. In addition to the great service, the food is absolutely stunning. The portions are heaping and always seasoned to perfection. We always have to get an order of the chicken and waffles with their SUPER crispy sweet potato fries. The burnt ends with plantains are also a must try! I highly recommend checking this spot out. Best BBQ in all of NEO. Thank you so much Oak and Embers!!!

It wasn't crowded. The service was good. Got the BBQ chicken salad and burnt end app. My sister loved the sauce. Had my fav ipa too

Their slow cooked meatloaf is really delicious. Will definitely be coming back. Their whiskey selection can be a little overwhelming, but be calm and try a flight!

Absolutely love this place. The food is delicious- chef’s kiss -really! Many options to choose from including a build-your-own! They offer a variety of sauces, which tailors to different tastes. It is clear there was a lot of thought placed in the interior creating a cohesive design right down to the bathrooms and condiment holder on the tables. Great selection of adult beverages. Gorgeous! Friendly staff and a great environment!

Food was good Their sweet potato fries were fire. We went during lunch and they had a big crowd with just one server, therefore, it wasn't the best service, but thats on management not the poor server. All I can say is I would definitely be back here for lunch.

Celebrated Mother's Day a day early on Saturday. We all had a great time! Wonderful food, great servers and lots of laughs. We had three 87 - 91 year old moms with us who shared in a flight of your bourbon. They were hilarious! Even had a horrible storm roll thru while there only to find out later a tornado was very close by!🫣I'm so glad we had the bourbon🤣. We'll be back. Thank you for a great afternoon 👍

Cozy, tavern-style eatery. It's much better than Old Carolina.

The food was very good. My wife and I each got the beef brisket. It's no Texas brisket but was still tender. The BBQ sauce had a strong hint of apples, which I'm not a fan of. The sides were my favorite part. Sweet potato fries were crispy and tasty. The white cheddar grits were delicious and flavorful. The cornbread had a nice sugar glaze that made me think of coffee cake.

The service was fair, maybe a little on the slow side. To be fair, it was probably the dinner rush.

I'd definitely visit again.

Great place, food was good and mixed drinks were strong ! Service was great as well. Had the Full Slab of Ribs, fell right off the bone. Came with 2 sides, had the Cheddar Smashed Potatoes also Sweet Potatoe Fries. Would definitely stop back !

Great patio space. Offers heaters as well for chilly nights. Great bourbon selection, flights, and cocktails. Fantastic food, great selection. I'll have to go back so I can try a few other apps. Server was kind and attentive.

A masterpiece of modern BBQ. Truly fantastic quality of the main course, the magnificent sides, and the fabulous appetizers. The service was, much like the food, terrific.

She took such great care of my girlfriend and I for her birthday dinner🎉 four stars on the food as the first time it came out wasn’t quite right but Sophie was so kind in sending it back for us and was exceptionally understanding with us!!! Will be back soon because of her service!! Also 10/10 recommendation on the queso, DELICIOUS 😋

The last 2 times we have been here have been really good, the food is much better than it used to be, the servers were very friendly and professional. Will definitely be back.

This was my first time here. And, I was very pleased. Our waitress was pleasant. Our food was awesome. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I don't know the chef/cook was on this particular Monday, but hats off to you!
We had burnt ends, traditional wings with bourbon bbq sauce, maple bourbon salmon, and green beans. Yum!

Oak and Embers was phenomenal. This bourbon menu is absolutely ridiculous! They have some of the rarest bourbons and whisky you will find. The food was equally impressive. Slow roasted barbeque and many other options. I would recommend this spot to just about anyone, especially whiskey lovers.

Beef rib was massive. Oak / embers wings are fantastic. Service is always great.

We had my finance Ken's birthday there. Had 11 people, service was excellent, food was over the moon,so flipping good!! Took alot of leftovers home. We will be back!!

The food here at this place was phenomenal when I tell you those cheddar grits they are they are so good the cornbread is awesome the beef brisket it just melts in your mouth you will love this place 💖
