My experience at this Fleet Feet was amazing. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of the associate who helped me but he was thoughtful, knowledgeable and thorough in providing the best shoe for me. I struggle knowing how to approach finding the right shoe but he guided me and made me feel confident in my choice!

It was a busy Saturday but they enough staff to handle the needs of all customers with no wait time. Each team member was carefully listening to the needs of their customer and offering customized options. The service was exceptional and prices in line with everywhere else. it’s unthinkable that anyone purchase blindly or without this high level of personalized service.

We've gone to Fleet Feet for many years and they have the best, most knowledgeable, professional staff anywhere. They stand behind their products and can be trusted. We were helped by Kirk at the Folsom Auburn Rd. store in Folsom and couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Fleet Feet!

Top running store in the region. Great selections, sometimes the only store with our favorite traditional items, and yet always breaking ground with new items to try as well.

But it’s not just the store experience. They are an integral part of the running community and are generous in giving time and resources to running clubs and races. They embrace and animate the ideals of what a running store can be, (and what anyone would hope for) and they do it exceptionally well!

What a great store and what great service!! The 3 in our family all get our shoes from Fleet Feet. We ordered a pair of shoes online, and ordered the wrong size. We took them into the store and exchanged them without any problems. Their record keeping is amazing! If you haven't been to their store you're missing out!

This was my first experience getting my feet analyzed at a running store, I was impressed. Kaden was attentive and knowledgeable, asked lots of questions and helped me find the perfect shoes to fit my needs. I live two and a half hours away from Folsom and will return to this store for future purchases!

Logan, the fleetfeet employee that helped out my boyfriend and I was awesome. Right when we walked in he made sure to approach us and tend to us right away. He was beyond knowledgeable and not pushy when it came to making a sale. We walked out and my boyfriend said “Logan needs a raise” because his customer service was 10/10.

Associate was knowledgeable and helpful in steering us towards shoe that would be best for type of running we do. Narrowing down choices is appreciated! It is also appreciated that Fleet feet carries larger sized shoes for women!

Louise was so helpful! He was patient and helped me find the right size and shoe! Unfortunately, they did not have the color I wanted in stock, but he got his iPad and allowed me to place the order online. Great service!

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Assisted me as soon as I walked in, and they helped make it easy and fast. They scanned my feet and helped me find the perfect running shoe. It was my first time in but the staff make me want to come back soon. I wish i remember the name of man who helped me so I could thank him in this review. 10/10

Excellent, well trained staff. I was directed to them by our podiatrist and could not be more pleased. You can try to save a few bucks with mail order but the helpful staff was well worth it - I love Amazon but this is a very sensible way to go. Amazon will not take the time these guys do.

The foot reading equipment made selecting the right shoe for my feet much faster and easier. The rep was also knowledgeable, providing multiple options for what I needed.

Fleet Feet is my favorite place to shop for running shoes and workout clothes. They have an excellent selection and a staff who really understands foot function and can recommend the best options. I like getting my family gifts from there as well.

Always buy my running shoes at one of their locations, but this one is convenient for me. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.

I had an excellent experience at Fleet Feet Folsom. I was most impressed by the knowledgeable staff person (Rachel) who helped me find appropriate shoes. I had almost forgotten what it's like to experience great customer service.

Raechel was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient while making suggestions for inserts/shoes for my Husband’s plantar fasciitis. She went above and beyond to find something to alleviate his issues. She was very thorough and honest.

After seeing my Podiatrist he recommended that I visit this store and I can honestly say, that I sure am glad I did. This is the first time that I have gone into a shoe store in at least 40 years that the employee that helped me, thank you again Casey, that definitely knew what she was talking about. She did a fantastic job and I will definitely be a return customer.
