I have always received great care here. Dr. Nuguyen is kind, listens and relates. The Physicians Assistants have been great and the office in nice, has great follow up and works well with me when I need to reschedule.

I’m actually surprised by some of the negative reviews here! This office has been absolutely wonderful to work with. They respond SO quickly to messages with questions about prescriptions, request for appointments, etc. and I’ve always had an amazing experience with in-office and virtual appointments. The staff is all very friendly and super helpful!

Great experience with Lakeside Health & Wellness. I found Dr. Nguyen and staff to be professional, friendly, and thorough. It is easy to make an appointment. The staff even calls to schedule your yearly exams. I've never had a doctor's office do that and I was impressed. I will definitely be back and would recommend the practice.

They’re easy to get in touch with and always ready to answer questions, especially Kory!! Kory, is amazing and always shows compassion and that she cares about her patients. Well deserved 5 stars!!

Dr. Nguyen has been my primary care since 2009. She is very informative, and most importantly she listens to me. I always have a list of questions, and she takes the time to review and answer them with me. I am not rushed, she is very patient, and her staff is courteous and friendly. A couple times in the past I have had to follow up on calls I left voice mails on, but now I go through the online portal and get staff response quickly

I am a new patient at Dr. Nguyen’s office. All the staff there is so amazing! I feel so comfortable and genuinely cared about when I am there. I entered and won one of their recent giveaways. I got a free laser hair removal session and was so excited. When I got to the office, the staff was so excited for me and it really made it a special experience.

Dr. Nguyen and her staff are excellent. In today's medical world with insurance companies making it just as hard on doctors as they are on patients, it is refreshing to visit an office where one feels cared about.

Her staff has been very timely with their follow through, and they seem to be smart with their scheduling as my wait times have been minimal. Any documentation that I have needed was quickly supplied.

Outside of the administrative, which can make a great doctor look awful if the staff is poor, the doctor herself is knowledgeable and has absolutely helped me. While I am still recovering from an ailment, the doctor was able to pinpoint my issue and set me on the right course.

I am forever grateful to the doctor and her staff.

This place makes me feel so comfortable! I got a lip flip done and the pain was very tolerable!They even give you something to distract you from it! Definitely going to be back for more! 10/10!

My experience couldn't have been better. I felt like I was being cared for by family. The entire staff was great and the team that cared for me is top notch. Add a couple of stars to this rating. You all deserve it.

I really like Dr. Nguyen and her office staff. They seem to be able to get me in if I have a pressing issue and take a lot of time with me during my yearly check ups. They also to GYN which is great to get everything done at once. Referrals have been quick and easy. There PA's are great too.
