Ewald's Hartford Ford

Thank you Ewald's Ford and especially Damon K. for the help and communication with ordering my 24 Mustang! Damon was great and kept me updated throughout the process of ordering, to production, and on Aug 30, take delivery of this awesome car! Damon is super nice and great to work with; I highly recommend him!

Also, a shoutout to Eric the finance manager and the rest of the Ewald's team for a great experience!

Found the truck online and called and spoke with Doug. Over the next two days Doug was available to answer the many questions I had and sent me numerous pictures and videos. I was an out of state buyer and able to complete the buying process over the phone/online. They held the truck for two weeks until I was able to fly in and pick up the truck. It was on the showroom floor when I walked in and looked amazing. Doug was great to work with !!!

I just picked up my 4th vehicle from Ewald and couldn't be happier with the service and support from the team. Ken Hirn was been an advocate and right there through the whole process. Used car manager Steve Pipito was a pleasure to work with as well, working the finer details with Ken and getting my wife's JEEP all ready to go. Thanks Boyz!! I highly recommend going through Ewald Hartford Ford if you are in any need of a vehicle. About 2 weeks ago my SUV unexpectedly blew the transmission, I got in contact with Scott, the general manager of Ewald Hartford and he basically turned a nightmare into one of the best car buying experiences you could ask for! He made me feel like a priority and worked so fast to fix my problem! He found the right vehicle for me, and due to me being without a car, he did everything with me over phone call/text, and even had the vehicle brought to my home by Dawn, with the paperwork for me to sign and the new license plates and stickers, and a drill to put them on for me! He even gave me $500 trade in for my SUV! (You know, the one with the blown transmission!) He provided me with 2 years of free oil changes and gave me a great deal on the insurance policy!

I really can't say enough about Scott, Dawn, (Aubrey who followed Dawn to my house just to take her back to Hartford from Franklin, where I live) and the whole team at Ewalds Hartford Ford... THEY were the best present I received this Christmas!

I used Dustin for my 2020 ford f150.he was super intelligent and knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot not just what I was asking about.he answered all my questions with thorough answers.he made the time fly by with great personality. I definitely will use him again as my guy when I want to switch into new truck again.he also cared about how much I could afford and what I needed the truck to do for my business.

First reserved my Bronco 485 days prior to taking delivery and Doug was so pleasant to work with every step of the way! Just bout my second car from Ewald’s today. (3rd if you include my husbands) and I could not be happier. Doug is always so helpful and did everything he could to track down my spark for me. (I’m pretty sure it kind of fell in his lap, but he came through none the less 😉) Trenton is always a delight even though I feel like I’m giving him a my money 😜. Fantastic Sales Team! Found the truck i wanted online, called them and said I was interested in it. Told them id be paying cash and would like to put some money down to Hold it until i could get there. They answered all my questions and were very easy to work with. Went to pick up the vehicle, was in and out with the new truck within 30 minutes. Will gladly do business with them in the future. The truck was immaculate, they did a great Job of detailing it the day before. Truck was in showroom condition!
