Nate at cell only was excellent!I had a phone emergency when I was working temporarily in SD. The phone I got turned out not to be compatible with a hearing aid function. However I did not discover this until I was back home in Wisconsin. He worked with me long distance helped me with an exchange via carrier and how to swap SIM card into unused old phone so I still had a cell while this was going on. Awesome professional service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stopped into the Pierre SD store today and the place was pretty busy. Three clerks, three people being helped, quite effectively I will add, and more of us waiting. Caleb answered a question for me while helping another customer, was finishing up dumping her phone to her new one and made the sale to me effortlessly and most pleasantly done. Thanks Caleb!

Very well pleased with Caleb. Very helpful and polite. Made sure I had new hookups in place of old house and auto. I'd had a tooth pulled,mouth full of gauze, but he said everything went very well, wished me well with aftermath of dental care. Thank you. First New phone since 2016.

We came in about 20min to close and I was thinking of upgrading my phone, but didn't want to be THAT person that comes in right before close and makes everything complicated. Kami was extremely helpful and reassured me that it would be no problem to switch phones. She made the whole process fast and easy. I never felt rushed and she even stayed a few minutes after close just to make sure everything transferred. This was literally the best experience I've ever had at a phone store. Please keep this girl there! She's the reason I will come back!

Was a very good experience. We asked several questions and the rep made us feel like he was sincere about helping us. Was very impressed with his patience awe are an older couple and didn't grow up with this kind of technology.

Me and my husband got our new phones from CellOnly today. We're both very happy with our experience there. I'm pretty old school, so I really appreciated Tyler's patience. He showed us a variety of phones and gave us plenty of options to choose from. He took the time to explain the different features and answered all of my questions. Tyler was an excellent person to work with,he was really good and stayed after closing time to help get our phones working. He couldn't get my husband's phone to take his contacts,but he kept trying until I said we had kept him long enough. I think he would of stayed there until he did, but my husband's old phone was acting up, so we asked him to stop trying and go home.

Super helpful. Caleb is very easy to talk to and knows his stuff. As I don’t know much about phones, he never lost his patience with me.

When I arrived there were two associates working with customers. I sat in the designated waiting area and was only there for about 5 minutes before another associate Kami, came from what appeared to be possibly lunch or a break, she greeted me instantly, went right to work, and had me squared away in a new device within about 20 minutes. She was efficient, friendly, and thorough!! Thanks Kami!

She was very helpful and friendly. I appreciated that she brought out choices for my kids that were not the brand new $1000 phones but also current enough to make them happy. She also gave us a deal on cases. I felt we had great customer service.

Went in and saw Nate this evening after my boyfriend broke his phone hunting. We went in 30 minutes before closing and Nate gave us the very best customer service! I was thinking about upgrading as well so both of us walked out with new stuff phones that we are 110% happy with. Nate not only helped ya pick good phones but also filled us in on the best deals. After we got both phones set up and transferred it was 30minutes past closing and Nate offered us a beverage for the road, and said he was happy to stay late to help us out. He’s the best! Would recommend to anyone that is looking for great service and is tired of the corporate Verizon branch stores that seem to be busy and you don’t get the best service. Nate even let me try on all the cases he had that fit my phone and choose one before purchasing. Just so many great things I can say! I’d give him 10 stars if I could!

I was very impressed with how Nate Johnson handled setting up my phone. He was working on another customer plus answering questions and walking me through mine I was very impressed at how easy it was to follow his instructions. He did a great job.
