I went into Verizon in Westerly with some general questions about updating my phone. Cassie was excellent!! Extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant! She not only showed me my best options upgrading my phone, she reviewed my bill, making some changes on it, saving me money. I will be updating my phone in the next couple of months and will be making sure Cassie told there when I do!

Stopped in today looking to upgrade our phones. Jeff did such an awesome job, he helped us through the whole process, answered every question we had even ones we hadn’t thought of initially! Walked out with two new phones and upgraded my watch too! Will definitely come back and recommend to anyone :)

Kassandra is amazing! My husband and I went in to check out the phones as he needed to upgrade from the old flip phone to a smartphone. Kassandra was wonderful, helping with our purchase and setting up our phone, as we are not tech savvy and she helped every step of the way making it so easy and seamless! She is "customer centric". We always see Kassandra because she is so great to deal with and helps us out. My husband always has many questions and she provides amazing customer service, she is patient and kind. She deserves a raise! So grateful she is at our local store.

I went to upgrade my phone and Kassandra could not have been more helpful and sweet! She gave me everything I needed and more with my new phone at a reasonable price. She showed me how different it was from my old phone and new things I could do with it. She didn't hesitate to answer my questions and gave me the best experience I could ask for!

Service with Jeff was excellent, very knowledgeable friendly. Exceeded all my expectations for switching to a new phone which I was definitely worried about. Inform me of all available upgrades and options.

Courtney was fantastic. She was very patient and was multitasking like a pro. She made sure I had everything I needed and that I was all set up before I left the store. Great experience!

Jeff did a phenomenal job through the whole process of purchasing a new phone. I found him to be not only very professional, but very easy to talk to. The best part? Not being convinced to buy every doohicky on the shelves. Would recommend him or the store in general to anybody reading!

Jeff has been nothing short of fantastic the entire time I've known him. I've bought multiple phones off of him and he's dealt with all my questions and requests without hesitation. He's even gone out of his way to help me with technical issues I was having after hours. I highly recommend him and Verizon for their exceptional service.

Kasañdra, (at the Westerly, RI store) helped me with my many questions regarding today's phones, plans, warranties and accessories. Too bad there's only 5 stars, because this gal went above and beyound with her time and knowledge than anticipated.
One things for sure, she deserves a double 5 star rating. Not only for her time and patience, but she delivered it with a beautiful smile and compassion to her craft.
I'm not easily impressed with sales personnel, however, kasandra didn't appear to be selling anything. I found her to be extremely helpful and genuinely humble.
I would bet that I'm not the only one who feels this way. Kasandra treated everone that walked through those doors with the same respect and attention that I received.
