Had my full length winter coat cleaned and it looks brand new. Also had 6 dress pants and two blazers cleaned and pressed. Quick service ( one within 24 hours), love how my clothes look, especially an older blazer that honestly looked a bit rag tag before service. Both for drop off and pick up I was supported by the same front desk help. She was sweet, efficient, and knowledgeable. Only complaint, is I actually did want front creases pressed into my jeans (press only) and that wasn’t done. I did try to change my preferences in the app, to creases but was unable. and I am sure it was typed into the order- but Still I will def have my dry cleaning done at
Tide again.

First time customer. My usual go to dry cleaners closed recently and had to find a new place. Review looked promising and I was not disappointed. Extremely friendly from the get go. They also finished my item three days early. Plus, they gave me a coupon for $5 off my next visit. Definitely earned my business

Tide Cleaners is GREAT!! Even after having clothes I forgot I had there since January, the staff was so kind and playfully teased me about my goof. They called to make sure I knew I had the clothes there and when I didn't remember, they were accommodating to make sure I was able to pick them up. Forgotten clothes aside, my clothes always come out looking great. You can tell they take pride in what they do and make sure your clothes look and smell wonderful!!

Might just be that I haven’t been to a cleaner in 20 years, but I really like this one. There are no loud machines, or dry cleaner odors when you walk in. The drop off and pick up area is clean, and organized. I was in and out in a hurry.
