Always a great time. We had Ben as our waiter. Extremely friendly & our meals & drinks were made to perfection! Always great service, which is why I like to leave good reviews. Some people shouldn’t work with the public but this chilis is always on point! Baby back ribs…👍😋

The new "3 for me" menu is great! The basic meal is more affordable and BETTER quality than those popular fast food joints! Great portions for dietary planning. Great taste! Very yummy!

Took a step out going here because, in the past, i didn't remember it being all that good. However, the food, service, and atmosphere have significantly improved since my last visit, and i had an enjoyable time.

The waitress (Kiana) was on point she she made sure inhad everything I needed. if I could give ten star for customer service she would get it

I had the QUESADILLA SALAD to my surprise it was very good it was a nice bite of delight these quesadilla will be my go to meal.. Also had the the  HONEY CHIPOTLE WINGS the were cooked to perfect nice and tender.. almost felt like my uncle cooked them on the grill ar the family cookout.

We went to the place and the area looks very clean. The guy that took the order was very friendly. When we order the food did not took long to arrived.The food was very hot and delicious. Nice place to go and eat.

So I ordered to go from DoorDash, and never received my order.. The girl who answered the phone and took the time Listen to what happened and try to fix the problem without rushing me off the phone or sounding irritated & went out of her way to call me back & made sure when I re-ordered that I got my food, deserves five stars🩷 I forgot to get her name, but your the best!!

Not a big fan of Chili's (food kind of pricey) but the service this server provided and the birthday song for/to my nephew - and the fact that when I asked about the option that could fill me up and he gave me a good option really made my day.

My son picked Chili’s to eat for his birthday. ( He turned 11) We had a party of 8 ( 2 adults, 6 kids). Our waiter was very attentive, the place was really clean. All the kids including myself ordered the Bacon Ranch Burger. The burger was very good and filling. We all ended up taking only eating half our burgers and taking the other half home. The staff was great and sung Happy Birthday to my son. I would definitely go again.

Once again I'm so happy I found another restaurant in Rhode Island that has great service food ECT all around !!

I love this location... I usually go for an early dinner or late lunch and whatever I order it's always delicious 🤤.. The servers are helpful and cheerful making me want to add to their tips... Great place to go alone, with friends, even a date.. the atmosphere is ideal for all

Seriously I've been here 4 times already and everyone on the staff is always super nice... JJ the manager is amazing always checks in on us. Every waiter or waitress we had went above and beyond and even the cooks will come out to make sure everything was good. I love this chili's. Thank you for making our experience wonderful.

Manger was excellent. Customer service was outstanding. Food was prepared sooner than excepted.

Raussey is an exceptional manager and person. This location is lucky to have him!

Generally positive review all in all , a bit late /slow service i believe it's due to shortage with employees presence, but this young lady with her very short platinum hair color was super caring she did her best far and beyond 😁🎩👌.

Eddie our server, Louie aka V the runner, Huey aka future the table cleaner. Service was great, nothing but great vibes and smiles. They all need to be appreciated and need raises.

I’ve been coming to this location for a while & TODAY I received the best service at Chili’s from Erik M. Aside from him running around curbside, in the kitchen and at the to go station, he had it under control. He was fast, efficient and made sure I had everything in my order before giving me my bag. A friend ordered something last minute and barely had to wait long for his order. He deserves a praise and more! Thank you again for your great service Erik.

Love Chilli's, great food, great service, nice atmosphere, clean, bathroom is clean 🫧. Love the specials.. and I have enough points for free chips and salsa, and a free drink!! Plenty of parking 🅿 plus handicap parking.. Very affordable.

It was a little loud but I like the food delicious and an awsome service nice waiter...
Love the 🌽 corn in the street style... the trio fajitas it was delicious 😋 I will come back for more.
