Ocean State Job Lot

I enjoy Ocean State Job lot because they are true 'jobbers'. The reason Christmas Tree went out of business went out of business is because they were jobbers then became retailers. Go #OceanStateJobLot !! Stay true.

We "discovered" Ocean State Job Lot when we camped at Fisherman's Memorial back in the early 1980s, years before we moved to Rhode Island. What a great idea! Buying up overruns of good products to sell at discounted prices. We've been living here for decades now and still appreciate the helpfulness of OSJL staff. After another good experience today, I want to thank Melissa, Tiago, and Joseph at the 122 Pawtucket store -- along with many other kind staff who have helped us over the years.

Cashier lady was very courteous. Love their sales. Due to my sickness I had never been able to go Christmas shopping. Today God gave me strength to go shopping. Great experience. They have a lot of clothes and I could get a lot of gifts for $10.00. Thank you Job Lot. God bless you.

They have many things, and the prices are good.

Job Lot is an interesting store. They have some unique finds and things you didn't even know you needed. They do have some special Niche items, like pool supplies, garden supplies, and an immense selection of rugs. The price is comparable or less than other retailers. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside to this location is that one of the entrances to the plaza is closed. I had to drive out and around to North Main Street to enter a different way.

The store was exceptionally clean, organized, and well stocked. Had things other Job Lots don't have.. EMPLOYEES were helpful and pleasant. Definitely worth going back to.

Bright and well stocked waaaaay better than the old location

Very friendly staff. Everything is laid out really well in the store. they have all the practical things that anybody would want. The signs are clearly marked but some of them sometimes do drop off. Very friendly customers. I always meet nice people there. The partner with the food bank which is wonderful. It is an easy way to support a good cause.

Had the best experience here! Amanda at customer service was incredibly helpful and very patiently assisted me after I required tons of help after making a situation with multiple different receipts extremely complicated! She made it all simple and effortless for me and was extremely kind and knowledgeable.

Crate prices in unique items! You can get just about anything at Job lot! the employees are very helpful when you can't find something or you need a price check. Just picked up two beach chairs and a few other items at great prices!

One of the very few discount stores left since there are no more building 19s and Benny's has disappeared along with Ann and Hope and many other Staples in Rhode Island. This store has a little bit of everything from clothing to seasonal items to help and beauty pets rugs food cleaning products lighting paper products bird seed and usually some unusual items you won't find anywhere else at a discount price it's worth visiting these stores just to go in and look what's new it beats going online and not being able to see actually what you're getting plus they have their insider club where you get discounts if you sign up and it's free and of course they have crazy deals where you buy an item and get all your money back in a gift card or most of your money back so go check out Job lot you won't be disappointed I love this store I hope it continues to be a staple in Rhode Island retail.

Love crazy deals at job lot slow like snails but great deals

Found my Christmas lights for a great price here. My mother in law is visiting so I was also able to pick up a lot of random household things that a (good daughter-in-law) should have 🙃. Glad I was able to do it all in one quick trip, found all that I needed and the customer service was on point, got some help getting things that were too heavy in my car and I was off happy, thank you Ocean State Job Lot for making running errands so easy.

Oh man, this place is great. You can pick up basics for the house at great prices, or just run around buying whatever you want because they have everything and it’s all insanely cheap. Plus the staff is really friendly! Just went for my first time and I’m already planning a second trip for tomorrow.

It's a big store. We got there about 30 minutes before closing. I bought a 5'x7' carpet. It didn't have a price tag, although the sign said the 8'x12' was $80. The manager went to check, she saw the sign, I'd mentioned. Since I was in line, close to closing time, she set the price at $30.00! Needless to say I was very pleased!!

I was hoping to get the Woolite detergent for dark clothes again. It was not there, but they did have for the Woolite for mixed colors. Trying that instead.

I stopped in joblot store the other day, because they had many cleaning supplies and other things I needed to make some cloth safety masks, I have to say they have been very accommodating during this virus 😷. There also donating the material to make the masks.very generous of ocean State Job lot! Nice store also it always has a great assortment of a little bit of everything, seasonal items. To clearance clothes.and much more. Go in check it out for yourself 👍🏼 you'll be surprised 😉.

I found the staff very helpful especially the new stock person who not only directed me to the Christmas stockings to decorate but took me to them with a smile! The staff at the register were very appropriate especially due these pandemic times. LOLUV
