I have been going to the salon for years and I am never disappointed. I decided to go out of my comfort zone for the first time in a long time and get acrylics. I was sat quickly with Jay and I showed him an inspo picture with a couple of changes. Jay was gentle, quick and efficient! I don’t think I’ve ever had such a great experience getting my nails done

This place gets busy (and for good reason!). Somewhat typical nail salon. It is bigger inside than it looks from outside. Lots of pedicure chairs and manicure tables. Two massage chairs and two massage rooms. Everything was very clean from when I stepped inside the doors, to the pedicure stations, nail tech tools, and bathrooms. The price points were reasonable which originally drew me in. I plan to come back when I’m in the area.

I always go to Lily for my nails! Everyone there is amazing and so nice. I’m loving the design Ester gave me for my vacation nails!

Love coming to Lily’s! I showed Ester a picture of what I wanted and she was able to copy it exactly! Very happy with my nails!

Tina at lily nails gave me the best pedicure I’ve had in years!!!! I have been to several places in westerly for pedicures and she has been by far, the best. She was thorough with every step, spending time on my cuticles, and callous remover. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, tvs were on mute with subtitles. Shop is very clean!!! Will be returning!!

I think I've tried every nail salon in South County and keep coming back to Lily Nail & Spa. For my pedis, they do a great job and my feet and legs always feel amazing when I leave there. The team at Lily are extremely nice and focus on their work - the pedis are so relaxing! I read other reviews about Lily that weren't happy with a color, gels etc. Before relying on those opinions to make a decision, I'd look at the reviews of other places these ladies have submitted - sometimes people are just too harsh online - or maybe they work at a competitor. Lily Nail & Spa is fantastic.

Ester is my girl! Ester and Jay are who I go to for my nails and I have never had a problem with either of them! Or anyone but those 2 are my favorites 😊

Cindy the owner took me right away. She started my manicure and King started my pedicure. Jessica came and fixed 2 nails, the team had me beautiful and out the door right away. Thank you so very much to the staff! I highly recommend this shop if you want your nails done well!

I've had the best experience here for quite some time now. Typically I get ombre or intricate work done and I've never been disappointed..also I use my hands constantly at work and no chips..all great things to say about lily nails and big shout out to my nail tech Ester..thanks you're awesome..recommended highly

I’m really skeptical of the negative reviews for Lily Nails, because I’ve been a customer for years and they are by far the cleanest, most professional, most thorough nail salon in the region. The staff are all pros, very kind, and do great work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The owner and staff hurried to get me out for my son's wedding! I can't thank you all enough! Service was excellent, King did my pedicure..wonderful job and I believe her name was Jessica (2nd chair)..fixed 2 broken nails and did a beautiful nail gel on my nails. Cindy the owner started my manicure while King worked on my pedicure. I can't give them enough stars! And I'm a critic from New York!

I LOVE THIS GEM OF A SALON!!!!! I can't say enough great things about Lilly's Nail & Spa. I've had manicures, pedicures, back massages facials etc. and I'm always very pleased with the results!!! I've taken many friends for little treats of pampering and they too absolutely love this spa!!! You will not be disappointed!!!!!❤❤❤❤

Clean and quiet environment, fast service and high technical staff did fantastic job, I only go here to get manicure and pedicure for my nails. The receptionist is very kind and polite, she always greets me friendly. The price is reasonable and affordable. I strongly recommend the Lily nail and spa, try it, you won’t be disappointed!

They are wonderful here. Super clean, friendly and detail oriented staff, GREAT massage along with the pedicure. Totally going back.

I have always had a wonderful and exceptional experience at Lily's, and believe me, I am there quite often.......when I am at the salon, every customer I see is always so comfortable and relaxed and completely enjoying her time there.....it is a haven where one can go to relax to the fullest and not be charged an arm and a leg!!! So I am a little hesitant about the negative comments.
I recommend Lily's to all of my friends and family!

Super clean, attentive and friendly staff, many nice perks like quick neck massage during nail services and a steam treatment during pedicures. They had never heard of Ombré nails, however. Maybe they’ll learn the technique.
