We had a wonderful experience March 10,2024 with the delivery of our daughter. My midwife Amanda Dancler was the absolute best and made us feel so welcomed, Our experience was like none other and I can’t thank her enough!

Let me add- my daughter was in the NICU for 8 days. We had great nurses but the nurse that stood out to me and my husband in the NICU was Brandy M. She was soo attentive to our daughter, explained any and everything we needed explained and made myself and my husband feel so secure being we couldn’t spend every night with our little one. She gave great advice on great feeding techniques we are using with our baby. Thank you Brandy!!!

Nurse Noot, in the labor and delivery unit is amazing and deserves recognition. She is knowledgeable, caring, and extremely attentive to the work she does. Not only does she look out for her patient, but also welcomes the patient's family. She is the most caring and hard working. The experience here has been the best so far!!

I've given birth twice at Denver Health and I could not have asked for better care both times. The care was patient centered and my birth choices and wishes felt respected and honored. The midwives were amazing and I'm so thankful to all of the care team for the way they listened to me and responded with kindness and support.

I love Denver Healths Labor and delivery unit. I felt so cared for while I was there. I had all 3 of my babies here. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Also after I had my baby. I felt very well taken care of on the mom baby unit. Thank you guys.

I recently had my first born here and it was a great experience. I was treated so kindly by the staff. I will definitely deliver there again if I have any kids in the future.

I will never forget my experience at Denver Health. From the P3 sessions held by Amanda Strauss and Patricia to the delivery experience I have received. Incredibly supporting and caring team. Thank you for all your hard work in making mama to be and baby happy! On the downside, I had visits at every hours of the day and night, so I wouldn’t call my stay a resting experience. I would have appreciated to receive a call to ask me if it’s ok for me to have visits. Guest passes are distributed without checking patient’s availability. As a result my MIL stormed into the delivery room while I was having my baby, which was a traumatic experience for me.

Denver Health is a great place and some of the nurses are amazing again some of them. While I was at Denver health I felt like the nurses I had didn’t listen to me or my needs every time I had asked for something it was “sure, but give me an hour” type of response. I get it they have other people to attend to but when you’re already in my room assisting me I don’t see why you can’t help me right then and there. Also when I had gotten my epidural in one of the nurse didn’t listen to me every time she would move me or turn me to my side she would pull the sheet and I would tell her “my back, please be careful, you’re pulling the cord.” Her response was “oh yeah, you’re fine.” I had started to feel contractions again later during the night and I knew I was supposed to feel them so I asked about five times and saying that the epidural wasn’t working because I could feel my contractions. Her response was “no you’re fine. Just press your button.” Come to find out the nurse had twisted the cord in my back because she wasn’t paying attention when she was turning me. I mean don’t get me wrong the other nurses I had were amazing!! But everything here is “wait” or “I’ll be back in an hour” and they don’t ever return until 3 hours later.

This has to be the most rudest person ever .. I understand it’s a hospital off Medicaid but the customer service could be a little better … there’s nicer ways of telling visitors to leave instead of being sarcastic and rude about it .. and since when kids are not allowed but are allowed through security and check in .. everyone felt this persons bad energy.. her care and hospitality was not there.. Denver health do better … a little more respect and customer service would be nice

My Mom had a baby 8 days ago. The nurses forced her into a C section which we all thought was bizarre because they said the baby was too big for a vaginal birth. Mind you my mom delivered her biggest baby that was 10 pounds vaginally. The new born baby was only 7 pounds , not even that they had forgot to deliver her placenta, so 2 days later after leaving the hospital my mom was rushed back, almost died cause of that. I have an aunt who had also did a c section, when my aunt came home from the hospital the c sec wound had open, what does that mean? The job was either rushed or done very poorly.
