Gigantic Cleaners & Alterations

This business altered my daughter's prom dress and we were very impressed by the way that they hemmed and pressed the bottom of the dress. They did a wonderful job and the dress is now the perfect length for dancing. The price to alter the dress was reasonable, $45, and the work was completed in a little over a week. I definitely recommend them for alterations.

I had a great experience altering few pairs of pants and a dress at Gigantic. The lady who works there was super nice and gave great tips on the clothes, and most importantly made them fit me perfectly. She even made a small repair on my bag. Highly recommend!

I would give this place 6 stars if I could! We've been taking our clothes here for dry cleaning and repairs for a year and a half or so, and they always do a stellar job. She has repaired numerous pairs of pants, gotten so many grease stains out, and even replaced an entire zipper on my winter jacket.

Customer service is always great, great turnaround time, super reasonable pricing, and overall, just great people. I can't speak highly enough!

Definitely would recommend. They did a great job dry cleaning all my many window coverings. They were quick, reasonably priced and friendly. I plan to try their alteration services next.

Like having a good mechanic, having a good place to alter and clean important pieces of clothing is a huge asset. And after having tried several other local establishments over the years with disappointing results, we feel VERY lucky to have finally found Gigantic...I just wish we found them sooner!

We have been going to Gigantic for nearly 2 years, and after thinking back I realized that EVERY experience with them has been excellent. And the new owners have made things even better...they are both very friendly, accommodating, and professional.

And Youngrahn is a professionally-trained seamstress who is very experienced and talented. She does amazing work, and a huge bonus is she completes our alterations very quickly. In fact, we have had several instances (due to my lack of planning) where we needed next-day alterations completed, and she went above and beyond to get them done for us.

I have more I could say, but I don't want to go over the top and sound like a commercial. 😉 But I really appreciate (and support) local businesses who do great work at a fair price, and they do it with smiles on their faces.

If you want this type of experience every single time, then you definitely need to try Gigantic. They won't disappoint you...in fact, they'll probably exceed your expectations like they did ours.

Just wanted to update my review. This place is hands down now a 6 star establishment! The new owners are excellent and recommend them for all your dry cleaning and alteration services. Try them out! You won't be disappointed.

WOW! Exceptional service and care. Rock bottom prices. Amazing craftsmanship. Stumbled upon Gigantic while in the area for work and decided to drop off some items for cleaning and altering, knowing I'd be back in the area for work the next week and I could pick up then, as Gigantic is 15 miles northwest of where I live. I will no longer use another cleaner, though I pass several on my 15 mile journey to Gigantic, they do not compare. Do yourself a favor and give them a try (if you haven't already), you will not be disappointed!

I'm visiting from out of town and I needed a dress pressed, on a Saturday!!! What's even more impressive is they were done with my dress almost an hour before they told me it would be done. thank you for the excellent service you will be highly recommended to anybody I know that lives in this area, that includes my daughter and her family.

Great place to bring alterations! They sewed on patches and tailored clothes for me. Very good quality and excellent service! Very fast!

This place is amazing. They are always so accommodating and they offer a lot of services. There is a dry cleaner within walking distance and I choose to go to this one instead. Highly recommend.
