What a great trip, had a large group and you guys accommodated by renting us all 5 units last minute. They all worked perfectly! The paperwork and insurance documents took a bit and a little clustered getting out but what can we expect being last minute. Prices were fair and the UTVs were in great shape! Heck, the manager came in on his day off to make it work! Can’t wait to rent again! Thank you guys!

We rented all the UTV’s for a group activity. We are all still talking about it ! Best part of our Sedona trip by far and I know we will be back. The equipment was all brand new (still is) and the flexibility and guidance of the staff was highly appreciated. Thank you all for a great afternoon!

I can’t say enough nice things about Sedona rental cars. I’ve been flying into Sedona on a regular bases for over ten years. It’s inconvenient to have the rental cars right on the property. Joe and Adam always go above and beyond to make sure that myself and the passengers are always taken care of. Excellent service and I would highly recommend.

Best car rental service, ever!!!! When we arrived, Joe was there already with the car ready and the A/C on and on our way back. The same thing he was at the door. So we didn't have to stress about it...I wish all car rentals were like that!!! Thank you, Joe..

Before renting, Adam was extremely helpful on the phone with any questions. Just want to clear it up that they let everybody rent car. I met Joe on the pick-up day and Adam on the return day. They were very kind and friendly. They are willing to pick up and drop off guests if they are not too busy. The car was in good condition for long road trips. The price is also affordable . I highly recommend you rent a car here if you stay nearby.

I have rented from this operator for years without ANY headaches. My son recently flew into PHX and needed a car to drive up to SEZ to surprise me. That outfit is huge and has horrible reviews. Their specialty is to- after the customer has come and gone, charge them a $500- $1,000+ bill to supposedly 'fix' something the customer did to their car, so he was apprehensive from the get go- video tape everything before and after, get the agent to sign a statement- etc. HORRIBLE.

It's been my experience that Sedona Car Rental would NEVER do something shady like that. Good, stable rates, good customer service, trustworthy, great reservation system with frequent upgrades if desired car isn't available at time of P/U- NO ISSUES- USE THEM!!!!!!! B Thompson Sedona AZ

Great service and prices, but the interior of the cars are dirty. If you have bad pet allergies, consider another option.
Joe was super accommodating in trying to help us find us a car that would work, we tried 3 vehicles and none them worked. We really appreciated the efforts though!

Car should have been replaced about 100,000 miles ago, it had 174,000 miles on it. Felt like bottom end of engine or motor mounts failing. Hard vibration. Probably should not have been rented with an air bag safety icon illuminated requiring maintenance and/or repairs. I think the flyers must get the better cars, maybe that’s why they always ask. Only agency open on the weekend unless you want to rent a Jeep at almost 400 a day.

$50 rental car that seemed 30 years old and had brake, power steering, and door issues. What a joke.

They didn't update their website so we came in, the worker Joe didn't even say good morning. We told them we walked in and they said they only service people who fly in. They didn't apologize for the confusion on their website, nothing to consolidate. Joe, why would you need to be so rude?

I was going to rent a car through them and found out, by randomly going through reviews that they only rent to people staying at the resorts or hotels and if they've flown in.
Nowhere on the website did it say that and they also didn't tell me when I called inquiring about a rental.
I had to call a second time and ask that specifically to find out.

Rude and unprofessional. Reasonable question - do you have cars available? And the answer - “I asked you if you’re flying in”. Yuck.
