My family has been renting jeeps from Barlow for the past fives with 5 star service every time. If you and your family are looking for a 4x4 adventure in Sedona, skip the tour companies and rent a jeep from Barlow. They will hook you all them maps and guidance to hit the same trails the tour companies do. You will have a blast.

The Jeeps they provide are all top notch. Newer, and well maintained. Perfectly equipped for the local trails with bigger tires and a lift. Very hard to get into trouble. Mary is awesome, she is to the point and very knowledgeable about the trails and the vehicles. Did broken arrow of course, which was cool, not sure I would do it peak season. Also did Diamondback Gulch and Outlaw as well as Cliffhanger and a few more all are great trails, scenery is magnificent.

Just got home but already missing the beautiful Sedona trails and our jeep Giselle from Barlow rentals! Mary made sure we had the best time. She loaded us up with detailed trail maps and instructions, even threw in two folding chairs so we could have a nice lunch trail side. Giselle, our diesel Rubicon, tackled Soldier Pass, Broken Arrow, and Diamondback Gulches like Wonder Woman :-) Mary promised us we would love the jeep and she was not wrong! If you are a serious jeeper, we highly recommend you rent from Mary at Barlow Jeep Rentals in Sedona.

We had a fantastic time getting a taste of the trails in Sedona with Sedona (our Jeep!). We began our afternoon with Outlaw, then Diamondback Gulch trails. We also enjoyed the sunset from the point on the forest roads. The next morning, we took her up to the Devil's Bridge Trailhead (so glad this is the way we did Devil's Bridge instead of having to hike that extra distance!) and back to the old homesteaders cabin. I have an older Jeep at home, but we'd never done a rental like this before. After getting a thorough description of the routes and questions answered, were fully briefed on the capabilities, bells, and whistles of the Jeep. We felt more than prepared, and once out on the trails, we navigated with ease! The views along the trails were stunning, would 100% recommend. We hope to return to explore more, and we'd definitely rent a Barlow Jeep again.

What a GREAT experience! Highly recommend to everyone traveling to Sedona from out of state. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about trails. My husband had a blast driving the jeep trails. Would definitely do again! If you only have time to do one thing while in Sedona, this should be it.

The Jeeps are set up perfectly for the Sedona area trails. If are lucky enough to get Giselle to drive, she is a beast. A diesel beast. You can almost hear her laughing at the trails.

Treat the jeeps softly and with love and they will take you anywhere.

Mary knows her stuff so pay attention. Pete is in love with the land. You can see it in his eyes.

Yep, this is a must do for vacationing in Sedona.

BTW - Giselle has air conditioning and power windows for those that like creature features while on the trails. Less dust this way.

Highly recommend Soldier Pass and Broken Arrow. Both are beautiful in different ways though. And both offer a bit different feeling.

Another recommendation for experienced off highway drivers is to go early in the morning for a scenic sunrise or early evening to catch the awesome sunsets that the Red Rocks of the area provide.

We will only rent from Barlow! This is a return trip and we brought friends! Don't waste your money paying someone else to drive you! The price you pay for 2 hours with a tour company you can get your very own Jeep for 24 hours! Mary will hook you up with all you need. We had a blast for 3 days and wish we had it longer. So much fun! 3rd time renting from them! Twice in Sedona and Moab too! Jeeps are set up perfectly! Took the kiddos this time and shared the experience with them! Mary was the bomb!!! She was super friendly, knowledgeable and patient! She explained the Jeep and the trails very well and made it super easy! My wife was dreading the experience and almost did not attend. Once we hit the trails my wife was a believer and really enjoyed herself. We took amazing photos & videos of the entire trip! Next time I am going to rent the Jeep directly from Barlow and keep it for the week so we can hit the trails whenever we want!! Our Jeep rental was a phenomenal experience from the start. Mary was amazing and explained all the trails to a tee. She also went over the Jeep and all the goodies it has to offer since it's a different year than our Jeep. Wow! What a fantastic experience. Mary was hilarious and gave us the best and most thorough instructions. The maps were clear and easy to follow. Our Jeep, affectionately named Katie, handled so well no matter how treacherous the terrain! This is THE PLACE to rent a Jeep. You won't be disappointed.

An absolute must do when in Sedona. Strongly recommend renting the jeep from Barlow. Mary is awesome. As a first time off roader, I started out nervous but Mary did an awesome job of guiding to the right tracks with incremental difficulty. Our family loved the experience. This also gets you to remote places quickly. Deanna (our green jeep rubicon) was extremely well maintained, worked well and took on the trails with ease. As a personal preference, our family liked this much better than the ATVs (climate controlled, no dust and treads softly on the trails preserving it better)

We had a great experience renting from Barlow. We loved that you can rent the jeep for 24 hours, we were able to fit in 3 trails in the afternoon, and then a sunrise ride on 2 trails before we had to return the next morning. Mary was super helpful in getting us set up with everything we needed, it was a very simple process, and overall a 10/10!

Mary at Barlow was great to rent from, the price for 24 hr rental was about the same as a 4 hr rental for a 4 seat ATV. We were able to show guests different areas over the 24 hr period that they otherwise May not have gotten to, plus in comfort if it’s cool out or the weather turns bad. Would definitely rent from here again

We live in Sedona and my husband Joe drives for PinkJeep. When friends come to town we always rent from Barlow! Excellent customer service and awesome JEEPS! "Madeline" was ours for 24 hours and she was amazing! She was our first Diesel Jeep rental and We will be back!! You can see by the mud she was well used!!
