Panera Bread

I love being able to place my own order at the kiosk. The nutrition info is right at my fingertips tips too, love that! I had the 10 vegetable soup and Greek salad. It was sooo good. Looking forward to going back. I am also part of the sip club, this makes me happy also. Wish they had more choices in the hot teas, a couple more herbals would be nice.

Always a good experience. Food is tasty and fresh even if you get it to go.

Panera Bread is one of my favorite lunch locations; between the healthy food items, unique seating options, and classy atmosphere how could I not adore it? The modern architecture blends beautifully with the clean eating. I would recommend Panera to anyone looking for an uplifting lunch experience (and yes, there are digital ordering systems inside if you are covid conscious).

We had the soup, Creamy tomato and Chicken noodle! Mine came with a grilled cheese, but the cream tomato and grilled cheese sandwich will be what I come back for!! This place was fast and absolutely delicious, I'd recommend this place to anyone! Price is a little steep, but for the quality it's worth it! They also have a premium coffee club for like $8.99 a month!

This was my first time eating here and it was a real treat. The food is fresh and delicious and has great flavor. The kids loved their meals also. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is warm, bright, and welcoming. I look forward to going back and trying the soups. The desserts were delicious.

Food is amazing. Hard to get them to suggest things when you don't know the menu.. wish they engaged a little more.. but anything on the menu is probably great.

This is my first time at Panera Bread and what a treat this is. I'm from out of town and my friend suggested we come here after going to a place from across the street that had really bad service. It was really good food very surprised we have a Panera Bread where I live and I am going to eat there now. I saw other people's food and I can't wait to try some other things the soup looks so yummy and inviting with the weather. Thank you for the great service and clean up and and clean restaurant.

Team had a small error that delayed our food. They corrected the error, were very kind about the whole thing and made it right by giving our kids brownies. Great experience for our family. Thank you!

Very posh atmosphere for a guy from small town Texas. But the cheddar broccoli soup is to die for! Mac and cheese is also delicious! But like... that's about it. The service is fine, if not a little impersonal. But again... the atmosphere is more posh than what I'm used to. I feel like I'm going out to brunch or something. What is brunch anyway?

I had a bad experience the last time I went to Panera Bread so I called the manager and today (just about a week later) I got this wonderful note in the mail! When you go to chain restaurants, you don’t expect this level of customer service so I wanted to give this Panera Bread a 5 star review and I can’t wait to go back and let the manager know how much I appreciate this heart felt note. I definitely recommend going to this Panera bread!

The food is consistently good but really I just wanted to give some recognition to Karen! It was my first time coming inside and I use a mobility aid and she just swept right in to help me get my order out, walked me to the doors and held them open for me and that really meant a lot. She’s a good one ❤

Actually quite good! Haven't been to one in a long time. I ordered the rice soup and it was delicious. The lady who helped us order is really nice!!!! I don't remember her name tho. Nice staff and felt welcomed!

We went through the drive-through and discovered about 10 minutes later that our macaroni and cheese was the wrong kind. We decided to call just to let them know, the manager April was very kind. She let us know that if we came back she would give us the correct kind and even upgraded the size and offered an extra pastry to make up for it! We come here very often and love every experience. GREAT food and wonderful management!

I'm a fan of Panera Bread locations. This location is just like the rest. Great food, good service, and you get to clean up after yourself 😆 I always try to stop by when I'm in town.

Great customer service. The lady at the drive thru window this morning was so nice and friendly and was willing to give suggestions.

Portions are large and the ingredients are fresh. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed. The staff wasn't very friendly, but also weren't rude in any way either. I don't come here often, but when I do it's always good.

I have been to other Panera Breads that were just average. This one was great. The staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile even though it was 15 minutes before close. They were helpful but not overbearing in helping us get our order figured out. They were very attentive of us and were willing to help us find anything we needed even though they were working on their closing tasks for the store.

After ordering, I heard and employee ask the manager if he should cut more bread for a sandwich we ordered. I heard the manager reply along the lines of, "Yeah, just go cut some. We care about customers before we care about making a buck." He then treated us to some scones as we were eating our dinner. The whole time we were there I noticed the manager treating his employees with kindness and respect all while he was help serve customers and do the closing duties. What a great manager, a true leader!

It was very refreshing to have high quality and personal service.

My wife and I will be making this a regular place to eat on our trips to Idaho Falls.

Great chicken Caesar salad! Employees are always friendly!
