My husband and I absolutely love backpacking here! Set up our tent waaaaaaay farther from the trail and put biodegradable ties on the trees for markers to get back on the trails and reuse them for other backpacking trips. One thing I will say is, there isn't as much trash on these trails as I have seen other places which I'm super thankful for!!!!

Went for a lovely overnight backpacking trip in lost creek. Absolutely stunning.

This was a nice hike. It was not difficult at all. We drive 2 cars dropping one off at Spruce Grove. You can take a quick side hike to Lizard Rock if you like. If you don't take 2 cars then you are looking at a 13 mile hike going back to Twin Eagles TH. That is a bit much for some 70+ hikers

Just beautiful but you shouldn't go there. There were times that we were the only car on the road which made it much nicer. So please don't take the time to go there so it stays uncrowded and wonderful.
