As a former LMT, now retired here in Clarkdale, AZ, I found my match! Kim did exactly the type of massage as I been looking for! I highly recommend her expertise, professionalism, & kindness at her business in our small town. I had the 90 min session & give it 👍🏻👍🏻 up!!

Kim is my go to massage therapist in the verde valley. She is available to travel to my house in Sedona but also has a beautiful studio in Clarkdale that is worth the drive. I often chose to go to her studio just because of how calming and relaxing it is there. When you walk in the door it smells like essential oils. She is extremely professional and talented. After one massage it's easy to tell that she well trained in many modalities and is an expert. I feel so wonderful after her massages that I leave feeling happy and looking forward to the next time I can come back!

Kim is a gem located up the stairs in Old Town Cottonwood. She has a beautiful boutique where I had a muscle relieving massage including Reiki and foot reflexology. Definitely worth searching out Kim for your physical and mental refurbishing.

I just experienced my first massage with Kim. First of all, her space is beautiful, serene and welcoming. Kim herself is caring and professional. She has a great knowledge of the muscles and the techniques she used really helped to alleviate the pain I was feeling! She was attentive to each and every spot, gently but strongly working through the knots. My body felt fantastic for days after. Her work on my legs and feet was some of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend her!

Kim is AMAZING! She is trained in different modalities including but not limited to cupping, deep tissue, craniosacral, reflexology and energy work including tuning forks. It is always incredible how she tunes into my body, in the moment and uses the best technique; she is definitely intuitive. I also appreciate the high quality and clean products that she uses during the session since I have sensitive skin. Rest assured that whatever product Kim is using or selling, not only has she done thorough research; she has tested it on herself. Her boutique is lovely and has many great offerings to choose from. Kim is a wonderful massage therapist! She has many years of experience and really listens to her clients. Kim has created a quiet and peaceful space at her Clarkdale location. I’m looking forward to experiencing some of the other healing modalities she offers - Reiki, cupping, and sound.

Kim did an awesome job - she is friendly, kind, attentive and professional. The place is very comfortable and comforting! She did a combined deep tissue and relaxing massage and that was the first time I fell asleep during a massage in years!!

My daughter and I were traveling through the Sedona area. We decided to stay in the Clarkdale Park Hotel and to our very pleasant surprise, we only had to walk 100 feet out the door to find Vital Essence Bodyworks to get one of the best deep tissue massages we’ve ever received. Kim may have a petite body stature, but she is packed with strength, a wealth of wisdom, and experience in giving various types of massages. Her spa room was peaceful with soothing music. I appreciated her calming voice which allowed us to relax without a lot of talking. She made us feel very welcomed and cared for as she addressed other issues we had concerns about suggesting products, vitamin supplements, and a natural path doctor to help. If we lived in the area, we would definitely be her regular clients! Thank you Kim for the wonderful experience.

The massage experience was impeccable. I know Kim thoroughly enjoys what she does as she embodies the philosophy when it feels good to give it feels good to receive. This was my first visit to Vital Essence. The location, decor, and created ambiance was inviting and relaxing. I feel so great after my therapeutic massage which included CranialSacral, fascia release and deep muscle massage. A perfect fusion for me.

I have had 4 appointments (lymphatic & ACE massage cupping) with Kim and have felt better each time. It also helped jump start the last few pounds I couldn’t lose with diet & exercise! 100% recommendation her. The space is very relaxing and she is so sweet.

The space is so very warm and inviting; one feels an amazing sense of peace and calm upon entering the door. It is sleek, clean and minimally decorated, making you feel immediately at ease and relaxed. The bit of merchandise that is offered is tasteful, relevant and nicely displayed.

And then there's Kim's massage -- pure Heaven. She provides a full hour massage and absolutely you feel you've gotten value for your money spent. The one word that came to mind upon getting up from her table was "therapeutic." I've had many massages, by many different "names" in all kinds of locations, but from Kim I felt I'd received so much benefit and am thrilled to have the opportunity right here in my home town. Whether you're local or are traveling in Cottonwood, you can't go wrong with a visit to Vital Essence Spa.

Kim gives a great massage. I love the atmosphere of her spa and her attention to detail. She provides a wonderful and relaxing experience. After over 6 massages, I enjoy seeing her more than I did when I first met her.
