Rockwell Physicians have been wonderful. Providers spend the time to listen and go the extra mile to care. Most notable for me, however, is the front office staff. This is the first office that has handled referrals in a timely manner, even last minute. It saves so many headaches not having to call around and request over and over. Annie specifically has been fantastic at this. Highly recommend them.

The staff is friendly and personable. Dr. Watterson has a great personality. He not only looked at my medical history but also listened to my concerns when developing a plan of care for me. I highly recommend Rockwell Physicians for a primary care team.

I can't say enough nice words about Dr. Watterson and his office of amazing nurses and staff. We spent so many years with doctors who were good enough, but who often felt indifferent or cold. When my teenage kids met Dr. Watterson, they adored him instantly. It's not often you can leave the doctor's office and actually feel like it was a great visit and that's how it's felt every time we've gone in. Just an amazing group. :)

I love Dr. Watterson and his staff team. Everyone is so nice, professional and caring. It's great to see Monica and Courtney when I have an appointment as they couldn't be any nicer! It's also great that I didn't have to wait to see the doctor, but, as soon as I arrived at my appointment time I was seen.
When you're not feeling well it's tough enough, so coming to Rockwell Physicians helps to ease the pain.

Rockwell Physicians has been helping me and my family for as long as I can remember. It is a wholesome environment where I feel safe being treated. When it comes to time sensitive matters, they are always on top of it, never dropping the ball. Dr. Watterson has a genuine and caring bed side manner. He always takes his time, never rushing thru appointments regardless of how busy they are. He researches your issues and medications, making sure that everything coincides with one another and solves your problem. Even though I now live an hour and a half away, I would not seek treatment any where else. In my book, Rockwell Physicians comes highly recommend!!!

My husband and I are regular patients of Dr. W.K. Watterson at his practice here, and I, personally would never want to have another family doctor. He is sincere, understanding, and caring. He takes the time to listen to all of our concerns, and never makes us feel rushed or like we're taking up his precious time. The other doctor at the practice, Kelly McDonald is also great. The entire staff is compassionate and very helpful. Whether they're simply helping to set up an appointment or helping with something more involved, they are always willing to go out of their way to help, and they always do it with a smile. These people care about their work, and they care about their patients. I HIGHLY recommend this practice.

First class patient care. Dr. Watterson and his team provide a level of service that is very difficult to find in today's rushed medical services culture. Instead of rushing through the visit, he listens, analyzes and develops a well thought out course of action for the patient. The entire office staff and nurses are on par with him and always have a genuine smile on their faces.

It has been great being a patient having Dr. Watterson as my Primary Care Physician. In the short time since beginning my Concierge connection with Rockwell Direct, that comfort has only grown deeper!!! The knowledge that what I want for my life is important to my (concierge) medical staff as they provide the suggestions, challenges, activities, assessments, and treatments that will move me toward what I want is so very important (and valuable) to me. Honestly, I cannot conceive of my returning to the “patient - Primary Care Physician” relationship, regardless of the quality of that relationship - and it was high quality, that I once found to be the goal. Dr. Watterson is fantastic (and so are his staff!). He listens to concerns and preferences and really make sure he understands where the patient is coming from. Couldn't ask for a better family doctor and wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

Dr. Watterson is wonderful. I cannot say enough about how much he cares. Always listens and his bedside manner is over the top. Very thorough as well. I have had several PCP's over my 58 years but I have found one that I can trust and I would recommend him to anyone seeking a good doctor.
