Very neat old school bridge. Also where the ending scenes of the movie "The Untouchables" with Kevin Costner, Sean Connery and Robert De Niro was filmed.

Looks just like it did in the movie!
Wonderful place to pull off the freeway and stretch a leg. The scenery of this stretch of the old highway was amazing, and we got another on-ramp just a few miles later.

Quite an amazing experience! I definitely recommend going, whether for fishing or sight seeing! (Yes, this is also the same bridge seen in "The Untouchables" with Sean Connery.)

We started walking from directly before the bridge at the camp sites just about .5 mile behind in the depths of the drowning black of night boy was it unexplainably almost serene although I was just scared out my mind simply due to having almost zero visibility outside 5ft in front of you leading to the bridge but once upon the bridge it was for me considering, it was eerie to say the least super spooky I thought and the last portion of the short semi moon lit trek did have far more availability to see but seemed much much more spooky I feel a good descriptions is more of a heavy type feel all the way to the next designated camp site and boat launch where we parked our vehicle. But the float that we took was Grand for being the first of the year it was beautiful and chilly and just perfect I feel to start the year off so recommending it definitely just don't bring a person who's a little sensitive to spooky stuff if you don't want to hear about it cuz it'll definitely happen.

Great memories fishing this part of the Missouri River while stationed at Malmstrom AFB. Also, this bridge was used in the filming of the Movie The Untouchables. Great Movie.
