I would give more stars if I could! We had a pipe burst like a lot homes did in the PNW this year and they were the ONLY ones that would get to us in a timely matter. Also, the plumber was one of the kindest, most professional plumbers we have ever encountered. Keep up the great work and even better customer service Pipeline Plumbing!

I used Pipeline a year ago for a pretty minor issue. They came out on time and were very helpful and showed me what I could do myself to save some money which I really appreciated. But I am writing this review to give a shout out to Jason, the drain tech, who came by this week to fix two bathtub drains I needed cleared, one of which had been attempted by two previous plumbers from other companies. Jason is thorough and takes pride in his work and did quickly what others were unable to do. Communication with the office was great as well. Left a VM, they called back within the hour and were at my house first thing the next morning. After some bad plumbing experiences, I am happy to recommend Pipeline.

I've used Pipeline Plumbing TWICE in the last six months! Once for an underground water leak, and a second time recently to replace my water heater. Both times they provided prompt, courteous, excellent service and were able to come out the very next day. Prices are in line with what I would expect are reasonable for a licensed, reputable company. I will always use them for my future plumbing needs!

Pipeline is exceptional! They were the only ones that offered service quickly during the last ice storm. The plumber when above and beyond to make it to our house in the ice and did an excellent job! Highly recommend their service.

Daniel Robles was efficient and knowledgeable. It took him just over 2 hours to replace my outside faucet which was leaking badly. Very pleasant to work with also. This is the second job I have had Pipeline complete for me and they have been great.

Top marks for Gene and Natasha---they repaired a leak in a copper pipe in the ceiling of my garage. The work was done quickly, and they were on time for the appointment. (Loved seeing Natasha's interest in joining the plumbing trade!!!)

Hands down the only plumbing company I will use and have referred Pipeline to numerous friends. We hired them to handle the plumbing portion of a recent bathroom remodel. Every aspect of the job was handled with professionalism, in spite of our first tub having a crack/leak and needing to wait four weeks for a replacement to show up. Ken, Steven/Stephen and Jeff were great to have in our home. Pipeline invests in their people and in training younger people just joining the trade.

Pipeline was very responsive and efficient in quickly addressing the leak under our house which had developed during the last winter freeze. The serviceman was very professional and quickly repaired the leak and added insulation to exposed water line.

Pipeline was very friendly when I called and needed immediate help with a broken pipe at our meter. Samantha in service understood my problem and set up an appointment for the next morning. Eddie showed up the following morning and did an excellent job. He was very personable, friendly and professional. He cleaned up the area where he was working and made sure all was well before leaving.

I've had several different plumbing needs over the past year, and Pipeline Plumbing quickly became my go-to for all plumbing needs. They are professional, prompt and courteous. A shout out to plumber Chris, who has been extremely helpful.

Our recent freeze caused a burst pipe. Pipeline fit us into an already type schedule, and after correcting the issue, did a full examination of the entire crawl space to confirm no other leaks, however minor. It was greatly appreciated.

Our kitchen disconnect was on time, clean and well done by Gene and his apprentice.
Reconnect and new equipment install was the same by just Gene this time. Testing and cleanup was professional. Gene also gave instructions and was "just a good guy!"

Pipeline's plumbers came out and were very skilled at finding and fixing the two leaks in my house. They were relentless in finding these very small but persistent leaks.

I called Pipeline Plumbing for replacing my garbage disposal and the leaking water in the basement. The company called me twice to confirm my appointment and called 30 minutes before they sent Drew Redmayne and Zack Huttle to my house. Both plumber were very friendly. They explained to me about the leaking and told me how they going to fix it. While Drew was fixing the leaking pipe, Zack came upstairs to replace the garbage disposal. After they finished the work, they checked three times to make sure everything was good. They clean the floor, wipe the counter before they left. The company give me 5% senior discount. I am very satisfied with their quality work and I scheduled a drain cleaning right after this service.

I needed help with a leaking P-trap and Pipeline Plumbing was able to send Eddie out the same day. He checked my crawl space for evidence of behind-the-wall leaking. He said he didn't want me to worry. He carefully explained my options and then had it back together and working in no time. I would highly recommend Eddie at Pipeline Plumbing.

Jeff, his crew, and the office staff did a GREAT job from start to finish with our Navien hot water heater & putting in a new line for our circulating pump-- they solved and corrected a problematic attempt made by a prior handyman which had left us with a mess of tangled pipes and tubes but inconsistent hot water. They were easy to communicate with, made an accurate & thorough assessment of the issue, gave us several reasonable options, answered all our questions, and then coordinated with the demo company needed for the in-wall access. The job was done quickly, tidily, and effectively! Crew was friendly and did an organized & professional job (and cleaned up their work space perfectly). Everything was completed 100% as we hoped, in an efficient time frame, and for a very reasonable cost (exactly in line with their original estimate). We are happy to finally have normal hot water access in our kitchen and bath again! Would hire them again anytime & they will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

Gene from Pipeline spent the afternoon installing a new toilet and repairing a bathroom sink.He was very professional and absolutely wonderful to work with.Wish we had called him when our bathroom started having issues in November.I can only say good things about him.

I have personally used Pipeline Plumbing on multiple occasions including a large job to install a natural gas back-up generator and have many clients that use their services. They are very responsive, highly professional, and very fair. I would not hesitate to recommend Pipeline to anyone.

Pipeline Plumbing people really know what they are doing. They arrived on time, solved a challenging and difficult problem with our Roman whirlpool tub plumbing and installed new kitchen faucets for us, all in three hours. We will definitely use Pipeline Plumbing on all of our future plumbing needs. It's a great experience working with these professionals. Pipeline Plumbing and their staff represent the quality level that all businesses should strive for TODAY but sadly generally do not. What a pleasant experience!
