Called and left them a message this Morning to fix or replace my well pump. Andy called me soon after. He was able to send a crew out right away. Less than 6 hours after my first call my well was fixed and I have water. Highly recommended. I will be calling again if I need their services.

They responded pretty quick to come check our well, came back the next day to try and fix it but it wasn't fixable, or they made it worse, not really sure. They only took cash, didn't give us a receipt. Called them later and left a voicemail to request a receipt and a letter for our insurance company, waited weeks, no return call. Called and left another one, finally got a call back, he said he would send me the receipt and a letter on their letterhead and confirmed the name and address. Weeks went by, nothing. Have tried calling multiple times and they never call back, insurance company has called and they haven't called them back either. I drove to their location and sat there for 2 hours but no one ever came by. I went from thinking this was a great company to them being horrible and I've been told this is common from other well companies. So now my house still has no well as we get ready for winter and will no longer to be able to piggyback off of our neighbors well. All the companies in the area are booked for 4+ months out. I don't recommend using them after all of this.
