For someone with a fear of dentists (like me) it’s a game changer. Professional, kind & caring. An environment that puts you at ease & people who want to help. Alsamir family dentistry is absolutely excellent. The quality of service is the best I have received. The knowledge shared with me invaluable. I feel in an industry that can often feel like care is driven by for profit , Dr Alsamir and his team practice a customer first approach to dentistry in all aspects of care. Very pleasant when I walked into the place everybody was extremely helpful The dentist hygienist was absolutely phenomenal and very personable and to top it off the Dentist came in to look over everything and was extremely personable. Also, one of the best dentist I ever been to hope the good experience last for a long time.

Dr. Alsamir is personable, very quick, and very skillful in anything tooth related. His staff are also very easy to work with and clearly value their opportunities to work with people in making appointments and getting the right messages to the dentist.

I have always had a great experience here. Since the dentist, both historically and scientifically, isnt very enjoyable, this has been a wonderful and refreshing change of pace. The staff is kind and patient with everyone, and I didn’t feel shamed for my lack of flossing. Highly recommend!

My hygienist, Monica made my visit so comfortable & pleasant! She was so easy to chat with and had such a wonderful personality. She also offered good advice for my daily oral care routine. I really enjoyed my visit today.

Yesterday at Dr Alsamir”s I met M&M😊.Both ladies were professional; but each was caring and respectful. Morgan’s greeting was genuine whereas Monica’s cleaning and especially the explanation of my teeth’s sensitivity was enlightening; my visits to this practice has always been on spot.🙏

Excellent dental care! Kind, compassionate and knowledgeable staff! Also a very clean office and relaxing space. Highly recommend, I can’t say enough good things about this office! 5 stars just isn't enough. If I could give them 10 I absolutely would. They are the most amazing dental practice I've been to. If you fear the dentist you absolutely do not need to here. They are SO GREAT. Every single person you come in contact with is so nice, and SO helpful. Doctor Alsamir is so gentle, and fast! I've gotten 12 years of work done in less than 2 months and they set me up to be back on track with my dental health. I CANNOT recommend them enough.

I have not had a cleaning in years due to past experiences with other dentist. I decided to schedule an appointment with Alsamir Family Dentistry. I cancelled my appointment a couple of times and asked to be in the list for November. The office called and scheduled my appointment (I wanted to cancel again). I was nervous all day about my appointment then, finally I was in the office. Monica was such a pleasure! She made me feel relaxed and ready to have my teeth cleaned. The front desk staff were friendly, the office was nice and Dr. Alsamir did a good job as well and got straight to the point and made recommendations that I agreed with. The office is also great with time management even though, I was late due to traffic. I look forward to more cleanings.

Dr. Alsamir and his staff are miracle workers. A rare breed that provide both exceptional customer service and competence. They will exceed your expectations and you will be one of the lucky ones if you become one of their patients.

Very responsive to urgent issues. I had a temporary crown break and was able to get in quickly and have it taken care of. I also receive my cleanings at Dr. Alsamir’s clinic. I have had very good care for years! I highly recommend this practice.

I was surprised today and got more than I was expected! The staff are very welcomed and careful. Doctor Zaid and my hygienist were very professional, gave me the right advices, and treated me nicely. Explained to me every step without any pressure, the atmosphere at the office was extremely quiet and relaxing. They took me at the same time as my appointment was, I was really surprised by that. I really loved that the office and room was super clean. I had no pain during the procedures and highly recommended this office.!!! I left the office with a positive vibes of everything. Thank you.

Took my husband to see Doctor Alsamir, we both were very impressed by him and Jaime the hygienist. All very nice people, clean facility. They take their time and answer all questions. Very knowledgeable. Mt husband can't wait to get back to begin the treatment plan.

As a new patient, you are always a bit worried about the office experience. That lasted for about 20 minutes after my appointment time. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Shortly after I was pleased to meet Dr. Alsamir, we discussed how we were going to proceed, and I can't tell you enough how much I was reassured by his expert evaluation and his friendly manner.
I have had an extensive amount of dental work done over the years, and all I can say is that I only wish I had Dr. Alsamir throughout that time!

I am, simply, the dentist's worst nightmare. I have an awful gag reflux and often dread heading to my appointment--not just because of any potential uncomfortable, but mainly due to upsetting staff during cleaning.

I have been here twice now--I specifically go out of my way to get my cleanings and x-rays here.

Jamie, who does my cleanings, does absolutely everything she can to minimize any uncomfort during my visit. Often I am embarrassed about how bad I can be during my cleanings, but she has an awesome "can do" attitude that gets me through my visit with a smile.

Seriously--from greeting reception, when walking in, to a final check with Dr. Alsamir when walking out--every step of the appointment is the best.

Today was my first time at this practice, and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience. I felt welcomed and appreciated as a patient. I felt heard and advocated for. As a nurse these are all such important factors for me. The staff was friendly and personable the entire time. There was laughter and smiles(with masks, don't worry) all around. Dr. Alsamir is kind, gentle, compassionate and has wonderful bedside manner. The front office staff, especially Amy, was phenomenal about getting my information from my previous dentist and verifying my insurance and keeping me up to date along the way. Amy is a pleasure to speak with and I felt welcomed by her before I ever even entered the office! The dental hygienist was gentle, experienced and knowledgeable. The communication and compassion from everyone on staff was truly appreciated and for the FIRST time in a long time, I don't mind that I need to go back in two weeks for the second step of my procedure! Thank y'all so much!!!💛
