State Plumbing Board

Each year the price of the SD Plumbers license continues to go up. They make you pay to take their stale “continuing education” class (which also gets more expensive each year). Each year you get a receipt, a new identification card, and a gold sticker with the year on it. This year they decided to charge more for the license, send you your receipt and decided to do away with the gold sticker. WHY? You ask? Because, they are a bunch of cheap, self centered corporate criminals. It doesn’t seem like much. But to the men and women who work hard, outside in the cold or 100’s of feet above the ground, who travel all over to make sure SD has proper plumbing and heating. This sticker was a little something to remind them why they work so hard. They’ve earned it. Next year why don’t you charge us another 3$ on top of your outrageous fee and send the sticker.
