Swift Creek Dental Center

We had such a wonderful experience at Swift Creek Dental. Everyone from the front desk, assistants, and dentists are incredibly friendly and kind. We have a teenage daughter with Asperger’s who had concerns about going to the dentist and having a filling. The staff went out of their way to make her comfortable and make it a great experience. We can’t say enough good things about Swift Creek Dental.

This place is amazing! The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. The dentist came out in the waiting room to let me know how things went with my boys. Dee was amazing as always - my twins chose to follow her from her previous location.

My twins can't wait to go back for their next appointment. They absolutely love Dee :) They had nothing but good things to say about the dentist too! They even received a letter from the office after their appointment - I've never had this done before and it was soooooooooooo nice!

Best staff of any medical practice I have ever been too!

I have been trying to find a permanent dentist and I found them here at Swift Creek Dental. With my first phone call I new it cause of their customer service the best ever and then when they said yes we do accept your insurance I was sold. And then I was amazed at how fast they got me in for a tooth emergency even though I was a brand new patient. Both the nurse and the doctor super super friendly and I loved how they explained every process they were doing ❤ Best customer service ❤ I have already been telling people all about you ❤ See yall soon and thank you thank you 😊 ❤

This was my family's first appointment at Swift Creek Dental Center. And it went swimmingly. A shout out to Ms. Aleada, my dental hygienist, who took the extra time to create a cleaning protocol that would work with our dietary needs. We truly appreciate this individualized care. Sweet friendly office staff, no waiting, definitely worth a try if you are searching for a new dental office.

New Patient. Everyone, including the front desk, dental assistant, hygienist and the Doctor were very welcoming. The hygienist was exceptional. She took the time to listen to my concerns, understand my unique medical condition and took extra care not to cause any soft tissue trauma. See you in six months.

Top Notch Dental Team top to bottom. My visit started with the welcoming knowledgeable Front Office, to the kind skilled Assistants and most importantly they have extremely gentle Dentists! I recently had to have my first dental crown and it was a pleasurable experience - I know that sounds crazy as no one loves having dental work. Trust me this is an amazing Practice who treated me like family vs a number. GO check them out!

The best dentist, dental hygienists and staff. Dr. Estes and Courtney are very patient with me especially I've been having issues with my tooth for some time now. The receptionist are on top of things and they will call and text you for an incoming appointment. You'll never go wrong with them. I've been with them for 7 years and I am very with their service. Keep it up!

Highly recommend this group!! Was a long time patient of Dr K & he recommended them when he retired. Perfect transition. Same staff & great dentists. I don't mind going to the dentist which is something I thought I'd never say. They treat you like family & are so patient & kind. Trust what they do & say. You can't go wrong here!

Without a doubt Dr. Koelmel and staff are awesome. We are so glad that we were referred to this office by one of the dental assistants, Courtney, who happens to work there and we met by going to the same restaurant on a regular basis. I am so glad to have Alida clean my teeth every 6 months. Dr. Koelmel has done a great job on making a crown for me and just recently being there for me when I encountered an emergency of having a long-time crown of mine drop out on a Saturday night. Just so happened Dr. Koelmel was on call that weekend and had me arrive first thing Monday morning and took care of cementing my crown back. WHAT A RELIEF!!! The office staff is outstanding also. Thanks for all you do!!! You ALL are the BEST!!!

This entire practice is wonderful. Melody helped me fill out my paperwork since I just had elbow surgery and then cleaned my teeth, she is a sweetheart. Dr. Estes’s assistant helped to get my additional X-rays, she made what could have been a painful experience actually fun, we both were laughing and before we knew it all of the X-rays were done. Dr. Estes is very well educated and answered all of my questions he made everything easy to understand. Dr Koelmel must have recognized me as a new patient when he was behind the front desk when I was checking out, he even asked how my arm was doing since I still have a very obvious sling that I have to wear following my surgery. This practice is full of wonderful people from the front desk clear thru to the doctors. You will not go wrong having them as your dental team!!
