Morrison Dental Group - Midlothian

My first time at this dentist. I liked the hygienist and the dentist. I felt at home and relaxed with the staff. Getting in touch with them was easy, making the appointment was easy and interacting with all staff members was a pleasant experience. They indicated they only use nitrile gloves, if you have a latex allergy, you can ask about the dental block and any other items that are usually an issue. My wife is going to test that out as she has a latex allergy.

The office gives me a Florida vibe, which is pretty cool since we just moved from SE Florida.

The best dentists office I’ve ever been to. They have treated me great!! The work they do is top notch. After having a bad experience in the past with a different dental office, this place is refreshing. Highly recommend them.

Was very impressed with Dr Powell and how she wanted me to be as comfortable as possible! She extracted a tooth that was very problematic but she was very patient! I’m glad I was able to have her do this difficult extraction for me and I plan to continue to see her anytime I have a problem! 😀

Stephanie and Dr Terriago were amazing! They were able to calm my daughter down and was able to complete her treatment. They also took the time to give her friendly and encouraging reassurance for her next visit. The front desk was also very efficient and helpful. Keep up the excellent work!

Greatest cleaning I’ve had in years. Alicia was wonderful and was able to clean my teeth better than I have felt or seen in a long time. Friendly staff all the way around.

I just had my first visit at Morrison Dental Group. Ms. Michelle helped me navigate the registration documents on the had held device. The hygienist, Laura spoke with me ensuring she understood any problems I was experiencing and explained clearly each step during my visit. Dr. Byers came in and examined me. She was very nice. The technology they have at this office was amazing. I was able to see myself in a brand new way😄. I truly enjoyed my visit and look forward to my semi annual visits and my specialty care if necessary. Thank you all for caring for me.

I’ve been to the dentist plenty times in my life but not until I met Dr. Christina Byerson & Ms. Rachel(her assistant) did I actually enjoy my experience. The first time they worked on my mouth the were very caring and cautious to what I didn’t and did feel comfortable with and made the whole process stress-free. Absolutely wonderful people and I hope they work on my mouth for me in the future! :)

Check in was very smooth, every thing was very clean. Victoria was our dental hygienist and she was great! She was able to see me and my son at the same time for our routine cleaning. Dr. Thatch was very pleasant and explained things well about what needed to be done next for me and my son for each of our issues. 100% recommend this office!

I have severe dentist anxiety and had to set up an appointment for an emergency extraction. The office staff, dental assistants, and Dr. Kelly were absolutely amazing. Dr. Kelly made sure I was comfortable and made the procedure so easy! I was shocked at how easy the extraction was and how quick I was finished. I feel comfortable coming back for routine maintenance and have confidence I will be as comfortable next time!

Very polite and professional! They squeezed me in on very short notice (very much appreciated. Kendall was extremely helpful, gentle and was very personable. Dr. Byerson was a gem. They walked me through everything and together we came up with a dental plan. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care.

As a new patient with a vast amount of previous dental work , I was thrilled with my experience at Morrison Dental. The entire health care team made me feel completely at ease and their competence and thoroughness was impressive. Unlike many past experiences with dental offices, my appointment felt like the medical check-up that I expect, from a doctor whom I trust and not a pressured sales event that so many dental offices now seem to have gone to . Dr. Thatch and team are keepers, for sure !

I walked in and was greeted gladly by the staff for my cleaning. My hygienist Victoria was very nice and professional when doing my cleaning. I also needed dental work done and Dr. Kelly and his assistant Ashley were very detailed oriented, professional, and had great bed side manner during my procedure and did an excellent job with my dental work. I will definitely be going back for all my dental needs in the future.

I’ve been going to the Morrison Dental Group’s Midlothian location for the past two years and am very satisfied with my experience. The team is excellent from the receptionists to the dental hygienists to the dentists themselves. Even though I only go about twice a year, the team is always warm and friendly, and remembers the little things we chatted about at my last visit, which helps me feel like more than just another mouth in their chair. The quality of their work is great, too. They seem to find a balance between thoroughly cleaning my teeth without causing discomfort when working around my gum line, an issue I have had at other dentist practices. If you are in search of a new dentist, I highly recommend giving Morrison Dental Group a call!

My visit to Morrison Dental Group-Midlothian was a fantastic experience! I was scheduled for my 6 month cleaning and the appointment was thorough and timely. The hygienist was very friendly and gentle on my teeth. Dr. Thatch came in right on schedule and after speaking with her, she determined that I would be a good candidate for a night guard. She was especially great at explaining why I should consider it and how it would help me in a very clear and understandable way. I just received my night guard and after a few small adjustments, I am already pleased with the decision. I highly recommend Dr. Thatch and Morrison Dental Group-Midlothian!

Wow! Dr. Thatch and her team are terrific. I met Dr. Thatch at a Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce function at the end of last year. When it came time for my annual check up I decided to make my appointment at her clinic/office. I am so glad that I did it. From the moment I arrived her staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. The equipment was state of the art and looking back now I can honestly say that this was the most complete and thorough check up and cleaning that I've ever had. Dr. Thatch and Morrison Dental are now "my dentist".
