Super small (<2 miles of trails) but a neat little park on the side of a steep hill. Nice for a quick stop, there's a few picnic tables and restrooms or a challenging walk on the trails. Good views of the valley and surrounding orchards.

The hike isn't real long, but it is steep. There are some wonderful views and a few options for additional viewpoints. Rock climbers like it here, too.

The weather was beautiful and so was the company. This is a fantastic place to hike. It is close to the highway and has great access. I live locally and enjoy hiking around and looking at the rock. I am also a rock climber but I wouldn't climb here, the rock quality is dubious at best. For climbing it is probably better to drive the extra half hour West and climb on the high quality rock in the Leavenworth area.

Short and sweet hike with some views on the way. Trail is pretty narrow but in pretty good condition. There are some nice spots for rock climbing but no rock climbing was done on this hike. The park has some tables at the beginning of the trailhead if you’re wanting to have some lunch. Good spot to bring a family. $10 to pay or use Discover Pass.

What a gorgeous view, the rock formations are awesome. It is pretty Steep and I would consider it difficult to get all the way up and around the back side. Wear hiking shoes with really good tread. I don't recommend this if you are afraid of heights, narrow steep pathways or a beginner hiker. Loose rock frequently gives way beneath your feet, having good balance and good footing is a must especially going up and around the back side on the right (if you are looking at it from the parking lot)

It's one of the only few sandstone climbing if you are into rock climbing. Lot of climbing routes for both beginner and advanced.

Nice place to make a stop for non climbers too. Nice hiking around and use Walk up paths to reach the top. Would need high traction shoes.

The hike up- and downhill was pretty exhausting as the trails are not really marked and sometimes slippery. The views are absolutely stunning though and reward you when you made it up there!

Stunning place with extremely unique sandstone formations.

A desert vibe just outside of the lush mountains of Leavenworth, this park has everything from hiking and climbing to even bird watching and sunset seeking.

A perfect oasis for people trying to get away from the heavily trafficked trails of Leavenworth and the tourist feel.

Steep hike and the trail is a dicey single track with many cutbacks. Saw several children who did fine with close supervision. Views from the top were well worth hike!

Great place...some of the trail can be difficult (narrow, steep)...but worth it..cool rock formations, vistas, flowers...fun...enjoy

This little gem is quick to get to from the highway for a scenery filled hike of just over a mile to see the amazing rock formations. Rock climbing for the ambitious. Discover pass is required.

Discover pass required. Open from 7 am to 7 pm. We took the long trail system and finished in just over one hour.

Amazing views. Short hike. 1.5 hour round trip with two seven year olds and two five year olds able to make it the whole way with a little hand-holding at times.
