O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

They food was amazing. Are steak was uncooked but they fixed a new one right up. Even gave us a free pie for the trouble. Service was amazing to.

Great food, great staff and a clean environment, what more can a person ask for.

My wife and I dined yesterday at O'Charley's in Christiansburg, Va for a late lunch. The food was excellent , as usual. The service was superior. A young man named Lucas was our server. He was friendly, positive, and very polite and mannerly. It was so refreshing to meet him, and he made our dining experience such a pleasure. We will return to O'Charleys and hopefully Lucas will be our server.

While traveling for a family vacation my sister found this restaurant. For a bigger party, we were seated faster than expected. Our server was amazing. She got us everything we needed and was very friendly! The food was delicious and perfect portions. The bread was a great starter along with our appetizers. Would highly recommend!!

Our waitress was awesome considering we brought in a baseball team. They were able to accommodate us all right away during a week night dinner time. They had smash burgers that made 12 year old boys full. Small beer menu, but decent size cocktail menu. Overall, was good for a sit down with large groups.

In refernce to my visit to your Christiansburg Virginia location. There are several great restaurants in a close vicinity to visit, but since my wife and I haven't had Ocharleys in quite some time, we chose it. First off, the wait staff was exceptionally polite; which is a rarity as of the past several years. I was very impressed with the mannerisms and willingness to help us and again how polite and well spoken our waiter was. It was very refreshing. The appetizer was hot, fresh, and exactly as I hoped it would be. Our salads promptly arrived soon afterwards. They were cool, crisp, and again- right on the money. Last were our entrees. My steak wasn't cooked quite to the degree that I requested, and the issue was immediately handled by the manager herself. The way she handled it was extremely professional and attentive. While running a busy restaurant on a Saturday night and still finding the time to handle a customers issue was very impressive to me. Oh, let me mention- the reason she was aware of the issue is that she was walking around asking customers how their meal was. I was so very impressed by this. After my steak was cooked a little more to my liking, she brought it out (After taking it back and correcting the issue personally) and ensure that I was satisfied. After we finished our meal, I initiated a brief conversation and got her name. LaVerne Petty is the employee responsible for my excellent experiece. I will also be giving a stellar yelp and google review- which I do frequently. Thanks to Ms. Petty, I had one of the best dining experiences I have had in several years. I think it's largely agreed that customer serive has gone downhill the past decade or so. It was truly refreshing to have an employee that obviously takes pride in their job and position, and also has that old school work ethic we all miss seeing. I truly hope that somebody in human resources will take the time to commend her through her boss, as I have taken my time to type this email. I know that all too often people are quick to complain, but not as fast to commend when it is due. You truly have the right person on the job with Ms. Petty. I can assure you that your business is being ran to the highest possible standards and that people do pay attention to things other than their meals or cell phones while dining. Every single employee was hustling. I never saw one on their phone, or talking to their buddies... they were all hard at work for the duration of our one hour visit. The attention to detail was also very noticable, apparently Ms. Petty runs a tight ship and does not let her crew goof around... In closing, again I truly hope that this email reaches Ms. Petty and goes as high up the chain as possible. Good employees deserved to be recognized and employees like these make your business money. I will absolutely be back to visit soon and will as stated before be sure to spread my kind words through internet reviews and word of mouth. Thank you again Ms. Petty for such a great experiece! You were truly wonderful.

Ask to sit in Eden's section and you're guaranteed good service. O'Charley's might not be your first thought when it comes to steak, but they're as good as any in any other steak place close by, including Outback, Texas Roadhouse, etc. Also $4 Margaritas all day, every day.

I brought my office staff out for dinner tonight with 2 of my young daughters. Our waitress Summer was Amazing with our children at the table and gave us a great dining experience! Manager LeVerne is always so delightful to see!! Highly recommend O'Charley's for any kind of event! I always have the same meal, Louisiana Cajun butter sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. It never disappoints!

We ordered 5 meals for carry out. They labeled each meal and each was hot, fresh, and all correct! Definitely going to be ordering more frequently for lunch! Great job kitchen crew!

Amazing service and food but again amazing service. Joyce was a sweet humble lady who waited on my kids & I. Very attentive and the best thing about my visit she saw me as a mother juggling my baby girl and came over asked if she could help me and hold my baby and I allowed it , it was the most heartwarming thing to experience someone I don’t know going out there way to help me to enjoy my food so sweet . Joyce thank you so much may the Lord almighty bless you ❤

Very happy with our meal and service it was the best! Waitress was very kind and attentive. The atmopshere was very warm and comfortable - very nice relaxing experience. The menu had new items that looked great and I believe I will be ordering on my next visit! I will be back! :)

Our experience at O'Charley's was very delightful from the moment we arrived tonight. Emily, our waitress, was so kind, polite and professional!🥰 The food was hot and delicious. Her radiant personality and excellent customer service made our dining experience at O'Charley's quite enjoyable. We will definitely dine there again soon.

Very enjoyable experience. Delicious food and excellent service. Our food was cooked as we wanted it and came in a timely manner. The restaurant manager stopped by to say hello and make sure we were happy with our meal. Our server, Jasmine, did a wonderful job. Highly recommend!

Went in just before closing on a Thursday, Allie was super friendly and accommodating to our table! Karen also paid our table a visit to make sure everything was great! Will definitely come back.

Very good food, and friendly service. The salad was a bit smaller than they used to have, but it actually is the right size for a side salad. My wife got the bourbon glazed salmon, and while the fish itself was of good quality she though the glaze was a little heavy. The fried shrimp and cod that I got was quite good. The cod may be a little fishy tasting for some, it was just right for me. I am sad that the free pie days are no longer offered, but I don't mind paying considering the quality in those offerings.
