I’m one of the happy customer for this location. I been buying since last twenty plus years ever since the store was in the other shopping center(now known as the market place).
Today, I happen to stop by to pick up some cleaning supplies for my business and young man Cory was very helpful. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I brought several items and he was genuinely delighted to see me buying from the Big lots. I used to buy things from the Home Depot but after two bad experiences in the raw with the customer service I have chose to spend my hard earned money at the Big lots. Plenty of parking, verity of items and the most favorite thing is great customer service urges me to shop more often here. I will certainly recommend them. Solid 10/10. Thank you Cory.

Love their furniture, will probably be getting a patio set and a sectional.

Prices are bar none. Ample items in stock friendly staff, organized and when they have sales take advantage if you can. In a secure area, parking is close by.well lit and if your looking for holiday items they are priced better than some of the stores in this area.

Helpful and friendly staff will assist you in whatever your needs may be. The store is clean, orderly, and well organized by product type. It only takes a few moments to get your bearings and then you'll be able to navigate the store as though you worked there. Prices are always lower than most of their competitors and with a much larger selection than you would probably think. I definitely recommend joining their "Big Rewards" program. The program is free and every third purchase you make gets you a $5 discount on your next purchase. Not to mention that there are several other rewards and ways of earning them that you would be foolish not to join the program if you are planning on shopping there more than once.

they have great deals, from makeup & self care/hygiene products, to styling wands & etc. they have great deals on electronic accessories. rhey have great deals on just about everything. bathroom decor, household decor, bedding, rugs, curtains, and even furniture. i love big lots! :) &they also offer a fee-free membership card. :)

Associate was very helpful and willing. It was a older gentlemen that was exceedingly kind and you could tell he wanted to help. Though we didn't make a purchase and probably won't in the near future it was a nice experience.

We got our entire living room suit from here and we are in love not only with it but the price we payed as well. We also purchased our bed and chest of drawers here which were the exact same ones we liked from a furniture store and paid around $300 less for them. The only down side is delivery is not included with purchase.

This Big Lots in Christiansburg is probably my favorite of all Big Lots stores! It is always clean, well stocked and very friendly staff members. I visit this store every time I go to Christiansburg!!

Great store, clean, organized, and staff helpful. The gifts we bought were great kids will love them. It was worth the trip from Roanoke.

Check out the Big Lots in Christiansburg if you need to buy your campus essentials! I’m an Influenster and went shopping there! They have a huge selection of items. I bought my kitchen essentials from there. Super happy they have marble pots and pans! I received this product complimentary for testing.

Great prices with the usual merchandise but also some quirky and different things, especially in the food section that we often enjoy.
