Vacca Family Dentistry

We have been with Dr. Richard Vacca for more than 30 years. In addition to his excellent service and positive demeanor, he is thorough and patient. He takes the time to answer questions but does not exert pressure to comply with his advice. His son, who has joined the practice is also patient and professional.

Our family has been going to Vacca Dentistry for 21 1/2 years. We have always had excellent care. Our children are now grown and they still go to Dr Vacca and their children are now being seen by them also. To me it says alot that now they are taking care of 3 generations. We have moved but we drive an hour to go to this practice. You are more than just a patient

Dr. Vacca is the best dentist I have been to. I had a same day tooth extraction at the clinic. He explained everything thoroughly and did the best he can to extract my painful and broken tooth with the help of his son who is also a Dentist there so I don't need to be referred to an oral surgeon. The procedure took almost 2 hrs and I felt really taken care of. The following day I received a call from Dr Vacca himself checking on me , how I was doing. You can tell he is passionate and caring to his patients. It was overall a great experience with Vacca Dentistry including the staff and the office; so clean, relaxing and peaceful. I just want to say thank you for all you do!

I am a new patient with VACCA Dentistry. On my first visit I had an ER issue. I have many health problems as well as I can not stand going to the dentist. Doctor Richard was professional and thorough, walking me through and explaining the procedures. Willing to work with me to make it a must better experience. I was impressed with the efficiency of the staff and the state-of-the- art facility. I would highly recommend this practice.

I had a broken tooth, they took me in and fixed it the same day. Very friendly and caring staff. I’m not disappointed, glad I chose the Vacca team.

I am a new patient with VACCA Dentistry. On my first visit I had my teeth cleaned and had a general oral exam with X-rays. Both the Hygienist and Doctor (William VACCA ) were professional and thorough, walking me through and explaining the procedures. I was impressed with the efficiency of the staff and the state-of-the- art facility. My wife (also a new patient) and i decided to take advantage of their dental health plan. I would highly recommend this practice.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Vacca since moving to Midlothian 20 years ago. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Vacca is one of the kindest, most gentle and professional care givers in the industry. He always takes time to explain everything thoroughly in a way in which you are able to understand. He checks with you constantly during any procedure to make sure you and your comfort/pain level are A-OK.
The staff are like my friends. They are always cheerful and helpful and go out of their way to assist with any of your needs.
As I said before, I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

The Vacca practice is wonderful! I had not gone to the dentist is a very long time. I was afraid and embarrassed of the work I needed so hid behind my mask for as long as I could. A bad infection started and I was able to get in right away even though I wasn't a current patient. They understood my fear and didn't make me feel ashamed. They were able to help ease my anxiety and help me start the process to having a beautiful smile again with better dental hygiene. They are very kind, polite, and professional. They are always welcoming with not just asking how I am, but remembering details of past conversations. Dr. William Vacca even remembered the book I was reading at my prior visit and asked how it was. I now get compliments on my new smile daily. They have done much more then help my dental hygiene but also helped me with my self esteem. I am very thankful for how caring the Vacca practice is.

Just finished my semi-annual checkup. My whole family and many of my friends have been see Dr. Vacca for over 25 years. They are fast, professional and pleasant. His whole staff makes you feel very comfortable.

What a wonderful staff! I had to take my 5 month old son to my appointment the other day, and as a baby does, he was getting quite restless and fussy in his car seat. As Dr. Will Vacca was working on me, several of the dental hygienists that weren’t busy came into the room to help settle my baby, give him his teether toy, and even hold him while Dr. Vacca was finishing up on me. Such caring, patient, and willing to go above and beyond employees! Can’t thank them enough (:

Dr. Vacca and team do an amazing -- and efficient -- job. Having had many dental procedures over my life I am definitely not someone who looks forward to going to the dentist. At all. However, my recent experiences in his chair, for a crown, were positively eye-opening. Quality service from the second you work through the door. The staff is so nice and very professional. Dr. Vacca takes his time to answer all of your questions. I never feel rushed. I've been a long time patient and will highly recommend.

Dr. Vaccas office is terrific. Great staff and great dentists. They are all very personable and kind. It's a comfortable and relaxing environment. My family and I love it there.

As usual, my half year cleaning appointment went great. There was no waiting beyond my scheduled time. Jennifer was very pleasant, considerate of my being comfortable through the proceedure, and thorough. The office staff was pleasant, as always, especially for the very early morning appointment. I have been going to Dr. Vaca for some years for my dental care as has my wife. I have been highly pleased with the services I have received. I recently had a difficult bridge installed. The procedure was flawless and highly professionally carried out. Dr. Vaca and his son are highly skilled and work as a team. His Dental Assistants are first class as well as is his office staff. Everyone is personable and friendly. I can recommend his practice highly . I have not received better dental care. Dr. Vaca also offers a special financial program which helps to reduce costs.

My experience at Vacca Dental has been remarkable. Unfortunately I've had to have a good amount of dental work done over the last 12 months and Richard has done it all. Not only is he and his team cognizant of your time and schedule, they are also very concerned about your comfort and pain avoidance. This along with extraordinary care and capabilities, make them an awesome choice for a dentist. I highly recommend them.
